I am the Co-Founder of ROInsights, a data transformation company with a focus on digital analytics and dashboard technology.

How did you select Brn Digital?

Brn Digital has a growing reputation as a social media expert in my market. They work with many clients in the same industry as my own business operates in.

Brn Digital is tasked with managing an online social media presence from an advertising and organic perspective. They developed the social media strategy and execute all creative. In addition, they post organically driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple social media platforms. Their response time with customers and prospects is timely, thoughtful, and impactful to the bottom line.

What was the team composition?

Brn Digital employs social media experts for all established and newly developed channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more. They assign an account manager allowing for a personal relationship and a dedicated point of contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Brn successfully established an effective voice and tone for the brand online and helped increase digital conversions YoY.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are extremely transparent with their workflow and process. I have access to their project management platform and I'm able to track progress each step of the way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness, willingness to do what is needed to hit project deadlines, and the results speak for themselves.

I’m the marketing manager for GSR Brands, which hosts two restaurant companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brn Digital?

We have a really small internal marketing team, so we wanted to be able to lean on a partner that execute social media for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brn handles cradle to grave social media execution for us. The team generates content and engages with our fans on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest. They develop our content calendar each month and handle the photography, video, and everything else.

They also help us with reputation management, facilitating engagement between users who leave us reviews on Facebook, Google, or Yelp. 

What is the team composition?

On a day to day basis, I work with one of their team members, but I engage with three people regularly.

How did you come to work with Brn Digital?

My former boss came into contact with Deidre (Owner). When we met with them, we really loved their approach to social media management. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $300,000–$400,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Brn Digital provides us with KPI’s specific to each channel, where we can track engagement and conversions. Overall, their work has been really well received by our internal team.

How did Brn Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re fantastic. We text, call, email, and use Asana, and they’re responsive across each of those channels. If I ever have an issue, they’re able to execute very quickly, which is great. Brn Digital stays on top of things and keeps us in the loop at all times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that they’re strictly dedicated to social media is one of their key strengths. Brn Digital has a lot of expertise in their industry. They’re focused and constantly staying up to date with different tech trends and changes within the social environment. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re doing a great job, but something I’d love to continue working with them on is understanding how well each channel is working for us and getting a little bit more efficient in communicating that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re looking for a team that’s going to get really excited about your brand, go with Brn Digital. They really feel like an extension of our internal team, and the level of support they provide us is invaluable. They dedicate themselves to the brands they’re working for.

I’m a brand manager at a large grocery retailer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brn Digital?

We were trying to grow our total engagement number and increase our actual engagement, and we also wanted to develop better relationships with our customers online.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brn Digital revamped our audiences and the social media platforms we should be on, as well as our posting schedule, cadence, and timing. They revamped our whole program, including the content and quality. 

They also started new programs for us. We provide assets and Brn Digital creates content, and they also focus on user-generated content. They do work on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

What is the team composition?

I work with 3–4 teammates.

How did you come to work with Brn Digital?

The company we were using previously was using Brn Digital for a lot of their work. When that previous service provider folded, we decided to bring Brn Digital on because they were already doing most of the work. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our engagement numbers have gone up, and so have our likes and followers. The amount of content has also increased. Their work has been well-received by our team.

How did Brn Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Brn Digital’s project management is very good. They’re organized and use online tools to help us stay organized as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is willing to work with us, run to the store to buy products, and do shoots with us. We have an open, honest, and good working relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing jumps to mind right away. If anything, sometimes there could be a little more reporting and firm action on what we’re seeing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’ve worked with a lot of big agencies, and Brn Digital isn’t like them in a good way. They know what they’re doing, and they’re a passionate team that I’d recommend.

They’re not a big agency that will send 100 reports your way and have a formal documentation process for what you do. They’re a great choice for someone who’s looking to get away from the traditional social media agency.
