I wrote a short book on grieving and loss.  I needed assistance in web development, book layout, development of advertising tools and strategies.  Publishing and linking to sales partners, like book stores and Amazon.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

development of book cover, layout, orginizatioin of materials to meet the theme of the book.  Printing and advertising.  All at this point are exceeding my expectations.

Mohammad was my manager, he was always available, despite the fact I live in the USA and there is an 8 hour time difference.  He was good at coming to an underswtnding of the project.  I was frustrated by the editors, however in the end they delivered.  

Over all I am very pleased with Mohammad as he was sincerely dedicated to meeting my needs and to the success of the entire project.

Ability to meet the many different of publishing.  The multiple needs in order to help me, the work was done on time and in a caring manner.

Have an editing staff that understands the differences in poetry writing from prose.  Have an editing staff that clarified corrections needed.
