In April 2022 we contracted Brightantity to recruit and evaluate one Tech Lead for our newly established software development company and one year later a Salesforce developer for our Salesforce project. We were very pleased with the candidates they presented and evaluated. All key requirements had been fulfilled, the evaluation of the candidates was helpful and insightful, and Brightantity proved to be flexible and adaptable to our demands.

We are a company that does not hire on a constant basis. Every time we need to fill a position and ask Brightantity for their support, they deliver 100%. Our project required one tech lead and one Salesforce developer and Brightantity delivered both, with excellent results.

brightANTITY was our strategic partner in a time when we were expanding our Romanian branch. They attracted for us highly competent employees. They not only sourced the best technical candidates for our business field, but also filtered the ones who were a match for us from the soft skills point of view.

 We were very much impressed by their recruitment methods and Talent attraction skills. We are thankful to them for being able to grow our IT hub in record timing with the best PHP, Java, ERP full-stack software engineers and team leaders.

On Java developers, the company filled 80% of open positions; on other software engineering open positions the success were 70%; on finance the company coverage was 80% of open roles and for other back-office positions they provided and closed 90% of them.
