Ongoing specialist HR support to provide guidance and support to provide good outcomes for colleagues and the buisness within budget

Good verbal contact maintained throughout, excellent written support, HR templates provided, individual case management specific support, within timescales to hit deadlines, etc

Very happy with the service and the individuals taking ownership

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

You can speak to them quickly, you have regular support form the same 1 or 2 people, and they know your HR cases.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Breathing Space HR could have done differently?

Cant think of anything - but I'm sure if I did they would take it on board as they have in the past - see below example:

When I set up the contract with Breathing space 4 years a go, I asked them to provide me a flexible service contract due to me having to manage a tight NHS budget, and they listened to me and created a tailored option for my surgeries which has now become available  to other NHS business managers colleagues and this has subsequently generated more business for Breathing Space . This is a great example of them listening to their customers and why I was very impressed by them and signed up.

My Deputy PCN Manager and I manage the day to day HR needs of our organisation and we utilise BSHR for the more serious and complex issues (such as grievances, disciplinaries etc).  We have our own "person" at BSHR allocated to us so we have a relationship.  BSHR have helped us navigate through some incredibly difficult situations.  Furthermore, they have taught myself and my Deputy a great deal throughout our business relationship

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Well, we've managed to stay out of court thus far! And the leadership within our organisaiton has grown as HR professionals themselves
