BreachLock provided 3rd party penetration testing for our web and mobile applications. This included the Penetration Test, Re-Test, ongoing vulnerability scanning, access to their dashboard and final reports.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

BreachLock provided a full summary of all application vulnerabilities that were found , including in both web and mobile applications along with details on how those vulnerabilities can be patched. The re-test confirmed the patch results.

We were assigned a project manager who was our point of contact through the process, including setting up the initial scoping call and guiding us through the process. We also submitted support tickets through their platform when we needed additional help and received responses in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to retest vulnerabilities on demand for many of the issues that were found really put it in our control to verify our results without having to wait for the official re-test. All of it done through their platform which made it easy. It helped to ensure we would be able to pass the retesting of the applications.

They have all inhouse and certfied pen testers based in the US. The PTaaS portal reduces the project management stress and keeps everything secure as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BreachLock Inc could have done differently?

They dont take as many RED Team projects as those are not done by pen testers but some high end experts. That is understandable as those are not that many in the whole world. They do have a few and can be very expensive if you want a high quality RED Team. Pen Testing is very affordable with BreachLock.
