Our company has been producing custom sports uniforms for over 25 years. We have produced uniforms for some of the biggest brands and teams in the sports world.

We have always been committed to providing the highest quality sports uniforms with a plethora of custom options to give every team a unique look.

My relevant position is Project Manager for the relationship with Branger_Briz.

For what projects/services did your company hire Branger_Briz, and what were your goals?

At the time we met Branger_Briz, our custom uniform builder was not meeting the expectations of our clients. With only basic configuration, it was deemed outdated and inefficient.

Additionally, we did not have a management function connected with the builder which prevented our abilities to complete the standard order workflow.

We were looking to create a comprehensive online platform that would allow users to design and order our very customized products in a state-of-the-art way, while providing our team with the management abilities to handle the full workflow and create great efficiencies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at a number of different options. While the Branger Briz product and pricing seemed like a great fit, it was Ramon and Paul themselves that gave us the confidence to move forward.

They took the time to understand our complicated business and made it clear that they would help us accomplish our mission and also grow with us.

This was a custom build project for a complex web platform. The scope was long, but once we went down the development path the scope increased dramatically.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In addition to Ramon and Paul, there is a team of developers, but I only spoke with one of them as most of my communication is with Paul.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With the new system in place, we have seismically altered our business. Sales growth is just one aspect. We are most pleased to have empowered customers while creating an extremely complex management system that allows all stakeholders internal and external to manage their books of business.

This provides users with the confidence they need to stay on top of their workloads. The platform is the foundation of our business with new opportunities that arise every day because of the work that has been done and that which we continue to do.

We have made leaps and bounds into efficiencies, cutting down workloads and increasing the productivity of our staff. There are endless examples of how this sophisticated system designed and built with Branger_Briz has made the daily lives of everyone who interacts with our company better and more enjoyable.

Working with Paul, he always makes time and is quick to respond. We manage the general tasks through Trello which integrates with Jira. We have been having a weekly meeting cadence to talk through the latest on the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ramon and Paul are very transparent and trustworthy. They have great vision and are able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and succinct way.

They manage expectations and communicate well. They are willing to adjust on the fly and very work hard to make sure their customers satisfied.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Over the 4 years of the relationship, there have been launches that have had bugs and urgent needs of updates, but they are always quick to resolve issues.

I am the COO/ Co-Founder for SportsManias, a digital media innovative company with a mobile app and social media distribution of animated emojis and AR Effects.

We hired BrangerBriz in 2013 to develop our company website curating sports news feeds to give sports fan a faster, better experience. After a successful website launch working with sophisticated AR, we continued to work with BrangerBriz in launching a mobile app reflective of the website, adding innovative functionalities including a fantasy sports import feature. As the app continued to grow in audience, we subsequently had BrangerBriz create an emoji keyboard within the app that reaches hundreds of millions of fans. Our company goal is to constantly evolve to fan's habits of searching for news feeds and communicating in their mobile messaging and social posts. Branger Briz has been our development partner for almost a decade in bringing our company's vision to life on digital.

In our search process for site and app developers, we were very impressed with their knowledge, skills and interest in our vision. After interviewing Branger Briz, we chose this vendor based on their professionalism, skills and cost estimate range.

Initial meetings with the BrangerBriz co-founders included brainstorming of our vision for the site and app, and complemented by their recommendations and ideas to achieve our goal. We provided their team with basic designs from which they developed wireframes and a timetable that met our needs including beta testing and launch date.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The BrangerBriz co-founders are both very involved in the entire development process and they were our lead contacts throughout, supported by a project manager and other front-end developers. We had regularly scheduled meetings and calls to address all issues which kept the project progressing smoothly and in a timely manner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our mobile app was launched successfully and received mostly 5-star reviews within the initial months and throughout the years to date. We ranked as the #1 top sports app in the App Store in the US on a Super Bowl Sunday. The AI that is used in our app delivers in real-time the most robust sports news feeds via Twitter, including when compared to top apps such as ESPN.

The BrangerBriz co-founders were our lead contacts throughout the important process of developing and launching the app, as well as, post launch. They were readily available always for important questions or requests and their project manager handled day to day communication, as needed. We had weekly in-person meetings and interim calls. BrangerBriz managed our startup project as if it was their own and we are all proud of what has been created together. Deadlines were met and if there were any delays in the process we were advised and provided with details as to the circumstances in order to plan accordingly for next steps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

BrangerBriz is an incredibly skilled team with expertise in mobile app development. They created an app that matched our dreams and their professionalism made the process smooth and rewarding. They absolutely take pride in their work and it shows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall the process was outstanding. I seriously do not know how it could have been improved. Our company is thrilled with the results and we feel as if BrangerBriz is not just a vendor but a part of our team, as well.

Branger Briz built our website in 2016. We continue to work with them on updates and new features, as well as to help automate many of the processes that tie into our internal ERP.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Branger Briz came highly recommended by someoddpilot, a dev agency. While sop did some front end design, BB was recommended to do the 3d product customizer. After initial talks and reviews of their work, we moved forward with them.

With our license, we produce all headwear for their Team Dealer business. We required a site that had a hat customizer that allowed full rendering of not only the product, but customer uploaded logos. While it's on Wordpress, we needed a customized product builder. BB needed to understand not only the base styles, but each way that the caps could be customized - fabric colors, eyelet colors, back closures, logo placement, etc and how each selection could possibly impact other decisions. They built out a data set that encompassed the variables.

They then built out the core 3d models and created the interface for the customer to easily understand the product creation journey. We also had to create several user roles. In our business, any customer can build product, but only 'team dealers' can order. They also created a format where the order summaries come in via a pdf with all details required by our factory to build the product are easily displayed. Over the last several years, they have worked with our IT department to tie many of the order details into our ERP via edi.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site was a sea change from our previous site, and we nearly doubled our sales in the first year. Since then, we continue to see 15-20% revenue increases. It's also helped in creating a better relationship with our key customer as BB helps us create custom features specific to their needs.

We had weekly meetings and shared docs. They were, and remain, quick to respond. At the time of the initial project, we had our own project manager. Currently we have a feature checklist that we prioritize and for which they provide bi-monthly check-ins.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There is a complexity to our product that even we didn't understand until we started working with BB, and helped us boil it down into a process that is now easy to communicate with our customers. Additionally, they don't shy away from requests and are always looking for ways to help us improve.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We probably should have had an in person meeting at our facility back in 2016 as I think it took a little longer than it needed to for everyone to get on the same page. But that's probably more on me than them.
