What was the scope of their involvement?

We started our collaboration with rebranding. Brandon Archibald developed a new logo and a full brand identity, including multiple animations and other brand assets. We were very happy with the results, so we expanded our work and hired the team to work on our new HQ office space, which also turned out very well. Brandon Archibald designed the entire space, from the entrance hall and reception to the meeting rooms and canteen. Then we decided to work on our multiple corporate sub-brands and engaged Brandon Archibald in helping us build our own strong creative in-house team.

We started working together in Q1 2018, and the project ended in 2019. However, we keep our collaboration running and work on various projects from time to time.

Most of our team members loved the outcome. We finished rebranding in 2019; however, we still use it until now. The new branding is used in all presentations and RFPs that we submit to our valuable clients, from government projects to enterprise business organizations of international scale. Although it’s hard to say if there has been an increase in client engagement or business opportunities as a result of the new branding, it has added a wow factor to our presentation and increased the winning chance to the submitted RFPs by around 15%.

I liked how the work was established. We had some challenges along the way, but thanks to clear communication, we managed to resolve all issues smoothly.

How did you select this vendor?

Everything is quite simple, I was subscribed to this company for a long time, saved these works for myself when I liked them, at the moment when we needed rebranding, I remembered the guys, contacted them and we started cooperation.

First, there was the development of a brand model, then we chose and approved the archetype, then the guys provided 3 stages of design work: design approach / design concept / branded items, at the end we received a book of guidelines. It’s hard to remember in detail, but I’ll try to describe what I remember: we talked with the CEO, with the sales manager, then there was the project manager, a personal acquaintance with the strategist and later with the creative director and designer who worked on our rebranding.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far it is difficult to talk about some kind of success and progress, because, in fact, because of the war, we are just starting to gradually introduce a new rebranding, but according to internal sensations, the changes will be very positive for the company's growth.

We had calls with the team about once every two weeks, in fact, as soon as some intermediate stage was completed and required approval. All communication was done through gmail. At the end of each stage, we received a scope of work with details of what awaits us next, which stages and on what dates and when we should be paid.

They knew how to listen and understand, I think it was incredible. We worked with a branding agency before and, unfortunately, the guys there only listened, but did not hear. For us, the key task was for the agency to determine how to adapt our idea, and not just take and do as we want. Hearing is very important for design companies.
