We decided to choose Brandmed as we had been looking for specialists proficient with node.js and experienced in working with healthcare companies.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The general code refactoring improved our client’s system stability, quality, and functionality. It also helped to speed up the admission time to the server. A successful transition to AWS and implementation of AWS S3 resulted in a reduction of the database from 25 GB to 250 MB. Implemented a new data backup policy that facilitates faster, and less expensive operations. Significantly diminished monthly costs related to the data archiving – from ~ 250$ - $300 (which were continuously rising) to $30.

The cooperation was effective, allowing for a smooth workflow. The company was very responsive, provided quick feedback and quickly incorporated our solutions. We enjoyed working together.

Not even once have we heard that something is impossible. All our ideas and needs were quickly put into effect. They are very communicative, professional, and sympathetic.

Brandmed is the owner of a very popular medical platform and social media accounts that is why we decided to start cooperation with them - to promote our brands using their tools and experience. We had little experience in social media and content marketing and were looking for a partner who could help us develop this area.

we wanted to reach mainly young doctors and Brandmed's platform is one of the most popular, they also have social media accounts followed by high number of doctors and offer interesting and effective solutions and content

I contacted Brandmed and shared a bried with them what we need and what we are looking for. A project manger was assigned to the project and we could discuss our needs in details. They offered me several ideas and solutions and we chose what was most interesting to us. We decided to promote medical articles on Brandmed's portal and social media (FB, IG), we had display campaign directing users to our websites and display campaign in their newsletters. Cooperation was effective therefore we decided to continue and we have already done several projects together.

Thanks to the cooperation with Brandmed, we’ve realized projects in countries such as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Tanzania. We’ve also managed to finance COVID-19 tests for medical personnel in the first few months of the pandemic. Besides that, they were a huge support during negotiations with other strategic partners.

Over 1000 dental practitioners applicants. Social media coverage over 10 000 viewers 2 mailings to Young Dentists Association Community with OR over 25% 300 marketing consents added to our database

We used online time sheet to plan and monior progress. Informations were introduced every day. When needed we had telephone contact and F2F. At the end of the project we received all project materials in one file

I`m responsible for the digital marketing communication for the business segments Pain Therapy and Urology at E.M.S. - Electro Medical Systems, a Swiss medical device manufacturer serving a global market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brandmed?

We asked to provide a strategy for consistent content creation around a proprietary treatment concept in physiotherapy, and its execution on the basis of regular and consistent communication campaigns.

As an initial project, we specifically needed support with the launch of a new therapeutical concept. In the past, E.M.S. struggled with maximizing the impact in the local markets because of limited internal ressources.

The content was supposed to be based on the original marketing material and should aim at “bringing the treatment protocols to life”. Content should be adapted for the key markets in Germany, France, Italy and the UK., leveraging local experts, the E.M.S. partner network as well as individual guidelines and regulations.

This can only be achieved with a sufficient amount of ready-to-use content for all digital channels, an efficient creation and adaptation process and a reliable and knowledgeable partner.

These were our main goals for the launch project:

• Have all required digital communication elements ready on time for launch of the therapeutic concept and the new products that are included in it

I would evaluate the workflow as extremely effective. The requests have a short turnaround period and are to a very good standard. The medical writing capabilities are excellent and I was impressed by how quickly the team understood our audience, our technologies and the treatment concept overall.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed by how the brandmed team ensured that our collaboration is very results-driven and clearly tracked deliverables and outcomes. I want to specifically highlight the status meetings, which are always to the point and very efficient without loosing the necessary attention to detail.

I believe that once the team is working more in depth in our medical areas, we would appreciate their ideas and input on content to create and publish. But for now, we`re extremely happy.

Mateusz was responsible for all cooperation in the area of web development and SEO and Marcin was responsible for cooperation in the area of content marketing and social media. We also were in a direct contact with 3-4 people from their team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The materials prepared by branded helped us to attract and acquired first 100 private mental health offices.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with Brandmed was excellent. We received reports on the status of works on an ongoing basis. In case of any questions, we had direct contact with persons responsible for the performance of individual services, who were always at our disposal.

Depending on the type and advancement of the service provided, we discussed the tasks performed during workshop meetings, videoconferences or via e-mail. We have never been left without feedback or without the opportunity to discuss our changes to the previously approved scope of work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The greatest value that Brandmed has brought to our project is very good knowledge of the medical market and our industry.

Brandmed is not an agency that will only prepare the provided draft of the project, but above all verify the presented assumptions with the market reality. Thanks to this, we were able to improve our previous assumptions, as well as see new business perspectives.
