An explanation upfront about the various stages and their implications would have been helpful. We didn't always understand terms like wireframe for instance.

I hired BrandingLab to develop my website, which was designed in Figma, in Webflow.  BrandingLab developed the CSS styles, the pages, the layouts, and implemented the animations I requested. Moreover, they added all of the copy and in some cases, advised me on how to optimise the content to make it more legible and impactful.

They included all of the SEO meta titles and descriptions, which resulted in a 100% rating in PageSpeedInsights. Ultimately, they have helped me to optimize some of the animations to increase the performance of my website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Constant communication between BrandingLab and myself was key during the project. We used comments on Figma to work on the various sections together, and each time a task was complete, I would resolve the thread. Moreover, BrandingLab created a Notion page so that I could follow the project's progress, and we touched base once a week or more when necessary to discuss the most complicated topics.

BrandingLab were extremely responsive and delivered everything on time. Their project management was seamless and very professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They listen! I know, it sounds crazy, but it's true! And by that, I mean, they listen...proactively. Not only did they listen , but they also understand what my vision was and how to implement it better. Pelumi is a very skilled web developer with great web design ideas. He quickly came up with solutions to solve each bottleneck with creative alternatives.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandinglab could have done differently?

At first, I was worried to hire a company I had never heard of before and located in South Africa, because I thought that the time difference would be an issue. I needed to be reassured constantly that work would be completed. But everything went fine and the time difference wasn't much of an issue, because Pelumi works extremely long hours!

We first briefed Brandinglab to build our website when our previous supplier left us high and dry with a broken website and wouldn't assist us to remedy the situation - Russel to the rescue. In record time, he had built us a new (more functional website), and maintains the site to this day. BrandingLab also assisted us with our SEO, and we got great results.

A functional, attractive website that would be sustainable as our business grows. SEO and work generation and the results that spoke for themselves.

BrandingLab didn't only deliver on time, but ahead of time when we were in crisis and our website needed to be restored. It has maintained excellent SEO and our website ever since. Our needs were met by way of consultation online or via email, whenever we needed support.
