The engagement began with a discovery and strategy phase covering our firm’s positioning, target clients, competitors, practice areas, and growth priorities. From there, Brandify developed our messaging and digital strategy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 3 months, organic website traffic increased by approximately 36% and visibility for priority search terms improved significantly. The number of qualified website inquiries increased by 42% while our conversion rate improved from 8 to 14%. 
We also saw stronger engagement across important practice-area pages, including a 22% increase in average time on page and a 12% reduction in the bounce rate. Most importantly, the work contributed to 36 new matters or approximately 235,000 in attributable revenue during the first 90 days.

Beyond the numerical results, prospective clients and referral partners have consistently commented that the new website communicates our capabilities much more clearly and presents the firm at the level we wanted.

Project management was excellent. Brandify established a clear roadmap, assigned responsibilities, and kept us informed throughout the engagement. We had regular status meetings and could easily see what had been completed, what was in progress, and what the team needed from us. This was especially valuable because our attorneys have demanding schedules.

The team was organized, responsive, and proactive about following up without creating unnecessary work for us. When priorities changed, they adapted quickly and explained how those changes would affect the schedule or strategy.

Their ability to understand the legal market was the most impressive aspect of the engagement. They translated complex legal services into clear, persuasive messaging without oversimplifying the substance or making the content feel generic. They also combined strategic thinking with strong execution. They did not simply produce deliverables; they challenged assumptions, explained the reasoning behind their recommendations, and remained focused on the business outcomes that mattered to our firm.

The team felt like an extension of our internal leadership rather than an outside vendor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandify could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the engagement. If we were to identify one area for improvement, it would be to provide more guidance at the beginning about the amount of attorney time needed for reviews and approvals. A more detailed approval calendar would have helped us reserve time internally and may have accelerated parts of the project. That said, this was a relatively minor issue, and the team adjusted the process once we raised it. It did not affect the quality of the final work.

There wasn’t anything major that I felt needed improvement. Everything went pretty smoothly overall. If anything, I would have liked a little more frequent reporting so I could track the progress more closely, but the results and communication were good.
