The app has exceeded our expectations in terms of performance and overall look and feel. It is aesthetically pleasing and super speedy.

We had weekly calls on every Monday to discuss the project and its progress. For those meetings we used Microsoft Teams and the rest of the communication happened over emails and occasionally calls.

Their team is an expert at creating high-performing mobile applications that stand out from the crowd. What's more, they are good at communication and very supportive. They mostly responded to our messages/emails in less than a day. We're happy with their work.

Brancosoft’s assistance was required in the ongoing development and maintenance of our most important web products. As popularity grew, a bigger and more flexible team was needed to meet all of our objectives. Ever since 2017, the objectives gradually changed. They included frontend work with React and backend development with Python. An important part was the implementation of the Bolt Content Management System. As the portals grew in popularity, more work was needed on maintenance, optimization as well as development of new features.

The cooperation has been ongoing since 2017 and involved comprehensive custom web development of our web portals with React and python. At various stages, the Bolt CMS, Redis and the Twig template engine were used. The BrancoSoft team also had a PM specialist on its own. The development and maintenance of all services is still ongoing.

The work done by the BrancoSoft team made it possible for us to keep with the increasing traffic and demands that resulted from it. They helped build a scalable and easy-to-manage content-heavy portal that grows with its user base.

We’ve worked with a few Project Managers during the course of the cooperation. All of them managed to meet our needs, despite having different approaches to the project. We use industry-standard communication tools (email, Slack, Jira) and SCRUM/Kanban approach to development.

Their flexibility makes it possible to increase and decrease their involvement based on our needs. Their overall ability to deliver is also impressive.

During the project, any issues we raised were solved efficiently and there is nothing major I can think of.

I like the way they handle feedback and expansion request as they don't deny them neither expect it immediately instead they'll come up with a solution that doesn't blur my core objective or mess up with my budget or structure.

We are able to launch the first phase of the project in the market according to the give commitments and ready to launch the second phase of it without any delay.

They give a weekly report of our project on every Wednesday and discuss the work they did in this week and share the information that what are the modules they will continue in the next week. According to the commitments they complete their tasks and update us regarding the same.

I found that the team including the head and the developers tries to give several trending ideas by which our product can become popular and beneficial for us and the users.

They share the weekly report of the status of the project. I feel it should be biweekly and too discussed the same with the manager.

We worked together from July–October 2021. I canceled the project and they haven’t returned my refund or responded to my messages.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In the beginning, we had a good rapport with the COO and CEO, but they’ve stopped responding to my operating officer and even blocked his number — BrancoSoft wasn’t following up on the project, nor were they getting any work done.

The CEO even threatened to leave hundreds of negative reviews on my startup, which I’ve worked on diligently for years if I left a negative review on their company.

How did BrancoSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Even at the very first stage of the project, they managed to just lead me on for three months. They replaced the people who were producing negative results for the work with the COO, but nothing came of it and the progress was left the way it was.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I could say that they were really friendly and convincing — they led me on for months and made me wait for them to produce good results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t speak on their development skills because nothing was ever developed. However, they could improve on their project management skills because they were very unstructured during meetings.

Apart from that, maybe they shouldn’t threaten clients to leave hundreds of negative reviews on their business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’m doing this review to let people know of the uncertainties of outsourcing to a foreign country. My advice is to give any outsourced company a small task to accomplish in a limited amount of time, and only hire them once they succeed on that.

The entire app was redesigned and developed in order to accommodate more creative and catchy content as well as visuals so that user engagement would be high and would successfully retain individual’s attention. Due to the optimization done for the app, there was a boost in the number of leads being converted. The reviews from our users were positive and they enjoyed interacting with our app.

The communication was easy and most of it was either done through emails or through conference calls. The platforms used were Skype and Slack. They handled the project skillfully. Their team was extremely well versed when it came to sharing ideas for app development. Because of how motivated these individuals were, the quality of work was never compromised at any stage.

When the final design was ready, their team developed app features and other modules that were supposed to be added to the app. Lastly, their team coded the app and implemented all the features that we needed. They will be releasing it shortly after it’s fully tested.
