My name Is Georgi and I am Business Development manager of Electric Extreme - an adventure sports agency.

We hire BrainDonors for SocialMedia marketing but our cooperation continues with common web projects and adding more channels in the scope of work.

They are managing our social media advertising budgets as well as creating or recreating ad creatives for our media buying. Our cooporation involves constant monitoring of the monthly and weekly ad spend and adjusting our offers, creatives, texts to improve the campaign performance. Also they are helping with tracking and web optimizations to further improve preformance

What was the team composition?

I started communication with Andrey which is their owner and marketing lead, but our communication continued with his colleague Miroslav and co-founder, I communicate also with their project manager and Facebook Performance expert

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have successfully advertising our services and made over 400 sales for under 2 months.

The workflow is effective so far as long as the communication with them is quick and they respond on time

The team's ease of communication and quick response to changing market environment was impressive.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I'd like to use a task management system with them more often.

We created a landing page with a Web design team that they work with. Also we set up a funnel to capture leads and then we run the campaigns.

I am very happy with the results we achieved even though we did not get enough appointments since the pandemic circumstances were active at that time. However I enjoyed working with them and learned a lot how to run my next campaigns

The workflow was very effective and we did a very good job for the launch. It was smooth.

They were very proactive, and they were constantly bringing new ideas to the table.

We did not have any online presence so we hired BrainDonors to develop our website, create social media accounts and manage the full marketing mix.

We have searched and met with quite a few agencies before coming to terms with Brain Donors. We looked over past projects and what were the main principles and ideas of each digital agencies so we chose BrainDonors as they fitted best with our idea of a full service delivery.

First we went through our business model and goals, secondly we started with the development of the website and lastly with the marketing and advertising via social medias. Development of the website was done through webflox and we are more than happy with the UI design and custom builds for our needs.

Further, managing the website can`t be any easier. As for the marketing during the first month we hade multiple leads with a somewhat limited budget but great work from the marketing team of BrainDonors.

We worked with account manager, developer, copy writer, marketing manager and other employees

Within the first month of advertising we managed to collect circa 100 leads and nearly 6000 new visitors on our website

We had in person meeting, project based software and live communication via different communication channels. Our opinions and recommendations were followed but always advised. BrainDonors were always quick to react and never had any issues with communication or action on their side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The methodology they use to create a product. They really want to understand the company`s business and create a uniquely tailored experience for the client. During all stages of cooperation they are looking to enhance the solution offered to their clients and are highly supportive in achieving the business goals of their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always a place for improvement but as a non digital expert I could not think of a recommendation towards the agency.

We wanted to gain new office subscribers so we had to communicate the right message mostyl to B2B clients. We needed that precise targeting, creative and comminication thats why we needed someone who is experienced in this and we trusted BrainDonors for the work

We worked with 4 people - Their Web Developer who helped us do the trackings, their project manager, Performance marketer and copywriter

The results are great even though we had a tough start but the guys manage to gain traction and delivered very good campaigns and results

The workflow was very effective as we mainly communicated with their project manager who was arranging everything.

I really liked the communication because for me the key part here was they respond quick and manage to deliver the work on time. Communication with them was very nice

They were great. I think no improvements for now. Their good communication skills were impressive in the workflow.

BrainDonors manage to create a nice website with a unique User Experience that is prepared for marketing activities. They also set tracking codes. The 3D visuals which I created and the dynamic 360 photos they manage to integrate with the website as well as to prepare the website to be marketed. Very nice design with good copywriting and marketing messages

We worked directly with their Marketing Lead, Copywriter and Designer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We sold half of the apartments while we were still in the building period. Now a lot of new leads are coming in and we had very positive feedback from our partners, customers and people in the industry

We had a little delay in the deadline but it was due to the 3D visualisations which were delayed and BrainDonors were not actively involved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a very good understanding of the users' needs and create the website so that it directly corresponds to the user. Very experienced in design and the final outcome is very nice

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Probably the communication and the speed. Everything else is more than perfect
