Tho strategy and redesign of the website proved very successful and we started making sales pretty much straight away. We found the company after a recommendation from our partner who had already worked with the company. He had achieved really good results and we decided to have a conversation with them.

The main reasons for choosing them were the company's solid experience in the fashion industry, the certificates of the team members, the attitude and attention to detail.

The project included a comprehensive marketing strategy for entering two new markets - Romania and Hungary. After two meetings between the agency and our client, all aspects that the strategy should cover were discussed. Subsequently, the project was divided into two phases.

The first phase, included a basic study of the brand's objectives, scaling opportunities and possible risks, as well as competition in these markets. The second phase was related to the preparation of the strategy and roadmap with key objectives and measures for the successful implementation of each stage.

For various aspects of the strategy, we communicated with a total of 4 people from the team of Braindonors, one of them was the manager Andrey, and the other people were specialists in various fields such as Facebook, Performance Marketing and Designer.

A project manager also participated in each meeting. After each meeting, we received a summary with the most important comments and decisions. After each month, we received a report on the progress of each task, as well as the difficulties encountered in specific areas.

After completing all project tasks, we have a fully completed marketing strategy for entering new markets with all necessary aspects. Our client is extremely happy with the result of the joint work. We also received feedback on the design and functionality of the website so that it is as close as possible to the needs of potential customers.

The client already made with potential partners in the markets, which can help to improve the achieved results. The individual activities specified in the strategy are to be launched immediately after the completion of the development phase of the online store in May.

The collaboration between the two teams was at a high professional level. We were pleased with the communication and the opportunity to work with the BrainDonors team. During the implementation of individual tasks of the project, we did not have any problems and in case of delay on our part, we received understanding and assistance.

We are most impressed by the high expertise and experience of each member of the team. We received detailed explanations of each aspect of the strategy, as well as examples that proved the success of their solutions. The only thing we can notice as a disadvantage is a fact that they work only with customers who are willing to spend solid budgets on advertising. Within the first month of releasing our website, we noticed a visible difference in the traffic we generated, with an increase of more than 300% of our usual number of visits. Our content engagement KPIs were met, as users started to interact and consume more of our web-content, having increased our avg. time on page per session.
