Tho strategy and redesign of the website proved very successful and we started making sales pretty much straight away. General feedback is that the team is very professional and are looking after us in every single aspect. Not only that, they make sure we understand everything that comes from them.

We had meeting every couple weeks to discuss progress. On top of that we were exchanging emails every day to track progress and make small decisions.

In connection with a project to build an online store and marketing strategy, we needed a trusted partner to work with on the project. The client did not have a marketing strategy, and given the scale of his business, efforts to develop an entirely new online store would be in vain.

For this reason, we contacted Brand Donors to undertake the development of a detailed marketing strategy and roadmap for achieving the company's goals.

We found the company after a recommendation from our partner who had already worked with the company. He had achieved really good results and we decided to have a conversation with them.

The main reasons for choosing them were the company's solid experience in the fashion industry, the certificates of the team members, the attitude and attention to detail.

The project included a comprehensive marketing strategy for entering two new markets - Romania and Hungary. After two meetings between the agency and our client, all aspects that the strategy should cover were discussed. Subsequently, the project was divided into two phases.

The first phase, included a basic study of the brand's objectives, scaling opportunities and possible risks, as well as competition in these markets. The second phase was related to the preparation of the strategy and roadmap with key objectives and measures for the successful implementation of each stage.

For various aspects of the strategy, we communicated with a total of 4 people from the team of Braindonors, one of them was the manager Andrey, and the other people were specialists in various fields such as Facebook, Performance Marketing and Designer.

A project manager also participated in each meeting. After each meeting, we received a summary with the most important comments and decisions. After each month, we received a report on the progress of each task, as well as the difficulties encountered in specific areas.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After completing all project tasks, we have a fully completed marketing strategy for entering new markets with all necessary aspects. Our client is extremely happy with the result of the joint work. We also received feedback on the design and functionality of the website so that it is as close as possible to the needs of potential customers.

The client already made with potential partners in the markets, which can help to improve the achieved results. The individual activities specified in the strategy are to be launched immediately after the completion of the development phase of the online store in May.

The collaboration between the two teams was at a high professional level. We were pleased with the communication and the opportunity to work with the BrainDonors team. During the implementation of individual tasks of the project, we did not have any problems and in case of delay on our part, we received understanding and assistance.

From the beginning of the project, we had timelines and specific deadlines for implementation, which were strictly observed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are most impressed by the high expertise and experience of each member of the team. We received detailed explanations of each aspect of the strategy, as well as examples that proved the success of their solutions. Another aspect we were satisfied with was the excellent level of communication and compliance with all deadlines.

The only thing we can notice as a disadvantage is a fact that they work only with customers who are willing to spend solid budgets on advertising. This does not allow us to work with them on many projects because our customers are just starting online stores for which it is impossible to allocate high budgets.

After executing those, they put the strategy in motion and we got great results already from week one. We keep conversating and discussing the results weekly with them, which is a very pleasant workflow.

Our main goal was to achieve more sales and we definitely did. We managed to tripple our sales numbers compared to the company we worked with before and our CPM almost halved.

The workflow is very pleasant, we are having weekly calls to go over the results, but we can also reach out at any time if we need anything. They are very responsive.

It was Complex Builds's most important DTP (Transformation project) alongside rebranding. Determining all of the key business functionalities needed Developing strong digital presence in the real estate market in Bulgaria Building an entirely new business website from scratch. I was working on behalf of Complex Build alongside few members from BrainDonors. The team was a joint between both internal and external (BrainDonors) members. Overall the team working on this project had 2 developers & a web designer, plus a marketing specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first month of releasing our website, we noticed a visible difference in the traffic we generated, with an increase of more than 300% of our usual number of visits. Our content engagement KPIs were met, as users started to interact and consume more of our web-content, having increased our avg. time on page per session.

We had great synergy between myself and team members from BrainDonors. A lot of mutual understanding and great co-working helped us deliver the project in a timely manner.
