It was Complex Builds's most important DTP (Transformation project) alongside rebranding. Determining all of the key business functionalities needed Developing strong digital presence in the real estate market in Bulgaria Building an entirely new business website from scratch. Incorporating best practices in both digital marketing & SEO.

What was the team composition?

I was working on behalf of Complex Build alongside few members from BrainDonors. The team was a joint between both internal and external (BrainDonors) members. Overall the team working on this project had 2 developers & a web designer, plus a marketing specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first month of releasing our website, we noticed a visible difference in the traffic we generated, with an increase of more than 300% of our usual number of visits. Our content engagement KPIs were met, as users started to interact and consume more of our web-content, having increased our avg. time on page per session.

We had great synergy between myself and team members from BrainDonors. A lot of mutual understanding and great co-working helped us deliver the project in a timely manner.

I was really impressed by the knowledge and experience showcased by BrainDonors, both in terms of web development/design and business planning/marketing. They're a young and prosperous agency that knows sophisticated principles within the e-business environment.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Although we were extremely pleased with the work conducted by BrainDonors, there are still some areas of improvement such as: Project management, as we worked on tight deadlines there were some actions that could have been better prioritized.

We created a custom landing page with a unique UX and we integrated all the leads coming up from the web with our internal systems.

We had an increase of 90 % of the new leads after the first week of the launch, which resulted in 50 % increase in our monthly revenue.

The workflow was pretty smooth and they managed to achieve the necessary goals in the suggested time frame.

I was impressed with how much research they made for my project to find the weak spots in my project. This showed me that they have a professional work approach.

I hired Miroslav - BrainDonors' web designer to build a website for my brand that can not only look aesthetically great but can also drive sales. He finished the project in less than a month and I consider the website to be one of the reasons for success of my gift book brand.

Once the website was up and running I wanted to take my sales to the next level so I approached BrainDonors for taking over my advertisement and digital marketing efforts.

Before handing over the digital marketing part of my business to BrainDonors we set a goal of quadrupling the monthly sales I was already reaching. I was not sure this was realistic but we reached this goal very quickly.

BrainDonors drove sales and brand awareness by creating and managing social media campaigns for my brand. We worked very closely together and discussing every little detail of the work.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention they were giving me for all the questions and inquiries I had. While at first I was supplying the media for the social media campaigns they took over this part as well and started producing images in-house so they can quickly react to the demands of the ad campaigns.

While BrainDonors were in charge of the ads and digital marketing for my brand my sales rose 400 % compared to previous average monthly sales.

The attention they give to every client they work with. Their professionalism and the knowledge they have to handle everything digital-advertising-related. I worked briefly with a digital marketing agency before and BrainDonors were on a whole other level. Their small team made everything finish faster and more efficiently.

They have developed our website on Word Press, using Woo Commerce and afterwards created and executed our web marketing strategy via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagraam Ads, mail campaigns.

After launching our website and our web marketing strategy we saw a constant flow of online orders and increase of our web traffic +70%.

We went through a six step process. They did a very strong research, then they presented us with the design, we did some revision, after we approved the design concept they started developing it. Once it was ready there were final changes to the overall concept and design, and once everything went live they did speed improvements, SEO and integrations with our CRM system. We are very happy with the final results.

I had a contract with their web development leader, with whom i communicate constantly, but also we get assistance from their copywriter and their digital marketer.

It is really a pleasure to work with guys with such an experience. We have tried an agency before but I did not expect results that fast. I end up believing that paid media could bring you results quicker than I thought before

The workflow was super easy. We used Trello as a task management tool to keep the project delivered on time and schedule our campaigns, creatives any tasks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The campaigns BrainDonor prepared for us reached their goal and attracted a good number of quality leads. The great thing was that the average lead price was twice lower than what we initially expected.

The communication with BrainDonor went great. They were quick to answer all our questions and concerns. Progress reports and explanations have been provided along the way.
