After contact and formalities, we held a briefing and the Brainbox team ingested our project documents and specification. Within one day we had a quote. We gave the goahead based on the recommendation of the people who made the introduction to Brainbox (AI specialists). Within 5 days we were beginning testing the prototype. Very good response times on all change requests.
A slick and bery effective Streamlit test site was buit for us to test and play with the new RAG. This worked perfectly and all requests for modifications and additions were quickly delivered.

Once we were happy with how our prototype was working, Brainbox delivered the necessary code and components seamlessly onto our AWS EC3. Our own tech team was fully involved and took over the running of much of the system. Brainbox remains involved as we perform small updates and feature requests. Generally excellent response times other than a short bandwidth delay that Brainbox was very quick to contact us about and explain. As this was after the bulk of the work building the prototype had been done and we were in testing this did not affect us too much.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Very good feedback from 100% of our team and extended team. Several pilot sites at clients have also responded very favoorably to the new updated version of our AI solution MTAi.
