We discuss the ideal qualifications for the role, the process for screening and interviewing, and then BPS begins vetting candidates region by region. We have weekly check-ins about how the search is going, how interviews are going, and what roles we may need in the future.

We work with one recruiter who is really responsive, thorough, detail-oriented, and great to work with. She's been an excellent partner throughout the process. There are other people on the team, but we don't interface with them as often.

We've hired several developers who we really like, and who have each been excellent contributors to our teams.

They really understand the qualifications of each role, so they send us appropriate candidates without us needing to overly explain what we're looking for. They really take the time to understand how we work, and who might be a good fit to join us.

Im the Head of IT for the NIBE Group. NIBE Group is a global organisation that contributes to a smaller carbon footprint and better utilisation of energy. In our three business areas – Climate Solutions, Element and Stoves – we develop, manufacture and market a wide range of eco-friendly, energy-efficient solutions for indoor climate comfort in all types of property, plus components and solutions for intelligent heating and control in industry and infrastructure.

We needed to find qualified staff within many technology fields, such as UI/UX, Backend, Frontend and QA. We wanted to start a hub to build a new location for future staff.

We contacted several agencies but decided on BPS due to their professionalism and the great persons they found for us.

We discussed how NIBE is as a company and which culture we have with BPS, after a few initial meetings, all candidates we received where well knowledged about our values, environmental focus etc. BPS assisted throughout the recruitment process.

We have achieved a new hub in Belgrad and are still working to increase our staff and presence due to the highly skilled people we have found with the help of BPS.

We have worked remotely from Sweden together with the BPS Belgrad team, only meet once, in the end of the first phase. All has been very successful and effective.

Cannot think of anything now, so probably nothing, it has been a very successful project.

We send a detailed job description to BPS after which they setup a meeting where we discuss the role in details. After that, they start sourcing and delivering candidates within a short timeframe.

I believe they offer other services as well, but so far we only used recruitment, and they truly exceeded all expectations related to speed of service and quality of candidates.

We had a lot of success with hiring using BPS, there were several succesfull placements, and those people are still our employees, which is for me a sign of success.

The cooperation is always extremely effective, the recruiters are very responsive, and what I particularly like is that they listen to our needs very carefully and only submit candidates who are in line with those needs. Basically, they understand very well what we want and need, and they stick to it, which makes them my agency of choice and someone I prefer working with compared to others.

Their approach to clients is very professional and we never encountered any issues.

The quality of candidates they submit is impressive! They really pay attention to our needs and value the quality of candidates they send to us, related both to technical expertise and cultural fit. I believe they conduct their initial interview very carefully, and we get a detailed report. On top of that, they are very responsive and try to maintain a good relationship with the client.
