What challenge were you trying to address with Boundless Creative?

We needed to create a launch video for our company to come out of stealth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Boundless Creative created a 1–2-minute launch video. The video was half live-action and half animated. The team handled both the live-action filming and the animation. Although they outsourced the animators, they oversaw their work.

A friend referred them to me. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Boundless Creative delivered scripts, video clips, and animation boards. However, it's too early to tell the impact of the launch video.

How did Boundless Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

The project took a bit longer than expected, but that wasn't Boundless Creative's fault. The scope increased a good amount, and there was a vacation on both sides that delayed things. Additionally, we dragged our feet a few times. Overall, they were timely and prompt with most milestones. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Boundless Creative's creative direction and filmography were incredible. They were overall good people and great to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren't any. I would happily work with them again.

We requested a short video featuring employees discussing why they love working at Grand St. Settlement. We needed to feature different staff, provide an understanding of benefits and development opportunities, and make a strong recommendation about working at Grand Street. Boundless Creative was responsible for all filming, directing, production, and post-production needs. Grand Street worked as a producer and collaborator.

It's early, but we've seen success on social media as well as strong responses from our current staff and Board of Directors.

The homepage video for our website needed refreshing. We needed to capture a complex financial product in a short video, that would hold our audience's attention.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After speaking with various videographers we decided on this vendor due to their professionalism, reasonable price, and quality of portfolio work.

Boundless worked with our team to capture our vision. We met several times during the pre production process. The team was able to work around our specific timeline for filming, and deliver the final product in a prompt manner without cutting corners on quality.

The entire crew at Boundless was very easy to work with. The team was efficient and professional on the day of the shoot.

Feedback has been positive from the team on the quality of the video. We are continuing to monitor results.
