What specific goals or objectives did you hire The Botss to accomplish for your online coaching business?

We needed help developing a conversational AI bot using custom code. The bot needed to handle written and voice interactions, perform user sentiment analysis, and support advanced custom modifications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Botss has developed an AI voice bot system with text chat and real-time voice conversation capabilities in Russian. The team has trained the bot on our proprietary knowledge base. The Botss has also created a RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system to process our Google Drive content with semantic search and context-aware responses.

Moreover, The Botss has built an outbound calling system for AI-powered proactive calls to clients for support between events. The system includes call recording, transcription, and CRM storage. The team has integrated the system with GoHighLevel (GHL) for contact management, conversation history tracking, key facts extraction, and activity logging.

Additionally, The Botss has integrated the system with our website, Telegram channel, and email newsletters. The team has also created a content recommendation engine with context-aware suggestions and link sharing to cartoons, books, videos, and event registration pages.
