This project involved the strategic redesign and development of the Origin One website, paired with a refreshed brand identity and new logo design that aligns with the organization’s positioning as a modern, AI-driven occupational health technology platform. The goal was to elevate Origin One’s digital presence to reflect innovation, credibility, and market leadership, while improving usability for key audiences including labs, TPAs, clinics, mobile collectors, MROs, and employers.

The engagement included end-to-end UX/UI strategy, logo and visual identity development, full website design and build, content strategy and migration, and technical integrations. The goal of the new site was to emphasize clear communication of Origin One’s value propositions; paperless electronic chain of custody workflows, instant reporting, modular SaaS, and seamless billing,  supporting both lead generation and product education.

The scope spanned discovery through launch: stakeholder and user research to inform design direction, creation of logo concepts and brand assets, development of wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, responsive and SEO-optimized website development, CRM and marketing automation integration, analytics setup, and accessibility compliance.

The project team collaborated closely with Origin One stakeholders to ensure messaging, UX, and design accurately reflect the platform’s capabilities and differentiators, while delivering a scalable infrastructure for content and future product additions. Following launch, training, documentation, and optional support services were provided to ensure the site and brand assets are seamlessly adopted and maintained.

Objective was to successfully migrate the website to a new environment hosted on WordPress, improving performance, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability. This includes transitioning all current website assets, preserving SEO equity, and ensuring seamless integration with our marketing automation tools (primarily HubSpot).

I've led several website redesigns over the years, and this was by far the most seamless experience. Their team was not only organized and communicative, but incredibly receptive to feedback during the final editing phase. Every update we requested—no matter how detailed—was turned around quickly and accurately. That level of responsiveness and attention to detail made a typically stressful phase feel easy and efficient. It’s hands down the best website project I've been part of.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bop Design could have done differently?

The only minor area for improvement would be around clarifying timing and deliverables on the client side. There were a few moments when I wasn’t entirely sure what was expected from us or when, and a bit more proactive guidance or reminders on that front would’ve helped keep things perfectly on track. That said, it was a very small thing in an otherwise smooth and well-managed project.

We have seen huge improvements to our site traffic due to the improved SEO and improved content and design on mytonsils.com. Google ads and the retargeting ads through adroll have also been a huge help, and Bop created a monthly metric dashboard so that we could measure our progress and I could report back to the key stakeholders.

Many other vendors tried to upsell or persuade us to add on additional services that we did not have a need for, but Bop Design listened to our needs and focused on our key priorities. The project had a very detailed project timeline with dates showing the length it would take to complete, due dates, client feedback, meetings/milesones/checkpoints. Anytime something was delayed by either BOP or us internally, the timeline was updated and communications to everyone were sent out. The timeline had 6 stages: Discovery, Plan, Design, Copy, Develop, Launch. Throughout the entire process BOP team was on top of every deliverable and making sure to communicate to us how success was defined for each stage.

Yes they did. It was very detailed across the 6 stages of the plan and was very easy to follow the project timeline. The tools used were great and made it very easy to stay on track, even with a fully distributed team

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great quality of work and people. They were amazing to work with and felt like partners from the very beginning. It is difficult for vendors to really understand what a company does, or what their culture or values are. BOP felt like they just understood us, and were part of the team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bop Design could have done differently?

They operate like a well oiled machine. I don't think there is much needing improvement
