To come up with a theme that was both recognisable and nostalgic, connecting with the audience, allowing us to bring some new tech advances in AI to life in the day. They h worked as part of a team and were responsible for building and designing the event website and all print collateral a the day, large and small and large visual graphics on the day. Liaising with specialist printers to ensure delivery.

Brilliantly organized and punctual and always ahead of time. We never had an issue throughout the entire project, and if one was thrown up our end they managed it professionally and with style.

Openness and the communication and ability to discuss and be heard. The fact that all team members were always visible and involved and clearly knew the project inside out was impressive and their Founder was always checking in to ensure the project was running smoothly and easily accessible.

No. Perfect project in our eyes in terms of what and how they delivered. We work with 4 digital and creative agencies a year and have done so for 30 years now and this was great creative, executed well.

Our team wanted to develop a new online platform, a speakers' bureau, but we didn't have in-house facilities to achieve it as quickly as we wanted and in the style we envisaged. That's where Boost came in.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of our consultants with a background in web development and design had heard positive feedback about Boost from one of his ex-colleagues. We spoke with multiple agencies but Boost felt the most trustworthy and understanding of our needs.

We have developed an online platform for a speaker's bureau which allows clients to find the right speaker for their event. A client can search based on name, expertise, topic area, etc. and also has the option to add speakers to their Shortlist. Speakers can easily join the platform by filling out an online form and clients can easily request a speaker through filling out an online form. The project started with a discovery stage in which we thoroughly discussed our needs. After that the development stage started in which we've been in close contact with Boost throughout the project. After testing everything thoroughly, I received a training of how to use the CMS and we focused on a few optimisation aspects.

We worked with 3-4 people, but had 1 main point of contact.

We have not had our official launch yet so it's too early to tell success. However, it's a platform that didn't exist so we're very pleased that we recently had our soft launch and had lots of positive feedback.

The workflow was very effective. I could get hold of them whenever I needed to, their response time was very quick. Clear communication throughout the project.

Their openness, friendliness, and willingness to develop an excellent end product were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We first wanted the project to be finalised in a shorter time frame, but in the end in took a bit longer but that was mainly because we wanted more from our side as we proceeded.

The metric we use is simple: Client satisfaction. Our clients are thrilled with the creativity of their website design. Typical feedback is: "This far exceeds our expectations."

Workflow is seamless. In addition to communicating via Slack, we have a weekly Zoom meeting to review ongoing projects.

I'm impressed by the creativity of their designs and their passion for work. I feel our relationship transcends a transactional one and is more of a partnership.

Whenever I've had an issue, they respond immediately with a resolution. I have no complaints.

Our project began with an audit of SEO practices on our website with tweaks and improvements to the existing technical SEO setup. We then focused on local SEO improvements through GMB and other sources to improve our presence in local searches. A citation and backlink program was created to strengthen the search presence and keywords of the site.

We have seen a large increase in traffic to our site with new customers finding us and we can attribute this to the work done by Boost Design.

Communication was primarily done through Slack and video call platforms to iron out details and explain the next steps in the project when content or updates were required.

The professionalism and attentiveness to communication and their customers were outstanding. Their team clearly work very hard and was always quick to respond.

All I can suggest is that they have a way of demonstrating improvements to search result performance in an easy to understand way. Perhaps by tracking it through the project and putting it into a graph format that also projects future expectations or performance goals.

The website I had developed a few years was a single page and didn't present the professional feel and tone that I wanted to help support a soon-to-be launched sales effort. A full website development project was needed to provide the backing support of our sales team.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

While a developer, I wanted to use a low/no-code website framework and selected Webflow. Looking at agencies that focused on this platform, I identified and interviewed several. BOOST Design was the most responsive, had some customers examples that I could point to for what I liked, and I really liked the communication style of the team.

We first started with a discovery session and mapped out key elements of messaging, tone, etc. Next we worked through personas of the users that would be visiting the site, what they would be looking for, and how they would travel through the site.

From there wireframes were developed to address the user journeys to establish the structure of the site before we began to define the tone we wanted to take. This then informed the style/design of the site, and ultimately, the content of the site.

A project manager and designer were focused on our project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are in the early stages of our sales process but given that our sales process is focused on inside sales, we are already seeing follow on traffic to our website after our sales team reaches out to prospects. Effectively, our prospects are checking to see if we are who we say we are and just exactly how professional are we. The new website conveys a level of professionalism and expertise that we weren't able to convey before.

Highly interactive both from scheduling milestone calls to interacting over Slack and email. Given I'm located in Mountain time and most of the BOOST team is located around UTC-0, the offset in time would allow me to see their messages when I got up, I would get back to them immediately, and it would reach them before their end of day. This proved to be highly effective in moving the project forward at a much faster rate than if we were all located in close timezones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their friendliness, communication styles, ability to empathize with our goals/mission were most impressive. Most importantly, they suggested approaches that I may have not considered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. I wish I had more work to send their way right now as I consider them a true partner and I want to help them grow/succeed as they have help me in the same way.
