The project started with fixing the basics, getting our channel up to date, assigning roles and responsibilities, creating a clear strategy. We defined topics and themes, agreed on timeline and started with deliverables. For just a few months, with consistent content creation and engaging content we managed to increase our performance on all KPIs.

The team was proactive, confident, and very well structured. Roles and responsibilities were assigned very well, timing and tracking the progress was clear and transparent.
