I’m an administrative specialist at IOW Bulgaria Ltd. We distribute and service drivetrain components, gearboxes, hydraulics, cooling, and filtration systems for various industries. We’re an authorized Dana Spicer® center in the Eastern Balkans and are part of Axel Jnson International.

BookMark has also optimized our digital presence by optimizing our company’s LinkedIn page and key employee profiles. The team has created a communication framework and brand messaging. BookMark plans and creates content, including posts, articles, and case studies. The team presents products and solutions and establishes an image as an industry expert. 
BookMark maintains regular activity and provides regular reporting and strategy optimization.BookMark has provided strategic documents, a LinkedIn marketing strategy, monthly content calendars with scheduled posts, and regular performance reports.

Additionally, the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the quality of sales opportunities have been improved. Posts about trade shows, exhibitions, and introducing the team have been especially effective in driving these outcomes.

The project started with fixing the basics, getting our channel up to date, assigning roles and responsibilities, creating a clear strategy. We defined topics and themes, agreed on timeline and started with deliverables. For just a few months, with consistent content creation and engaging content we managed to increase our performance on all KPIs.
