What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've gotten me several podcasts, which make my book sales increase. Moreover, that enabled me to make connections with one of the podcast hosts, which is turning more into a business dealing. Overall, we've noticed a positive impact on my book and business.

How did Book Launchers perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very communicative; when I send them an email, they get back to me within 2–3 days. In terms of tools, we use Microsoft Word and Zoom calls. We also have monthly client training and strategy meetings every quarter.

They didn't promise me a lot of things; Book Launchers was realistic and honest from the start. They're very helpful, and their advice works.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could try and improve the number of hits they get for new outlets.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ensure that your book fits the genre they support, and talk to them before signing up. Moreover, start with a base package because that's plenty already, and then upgrade from there.
