We are 3 years old startup company, that changed a lot through the past year. With our growth - we wanted to refresh our website a little bit , and give it a more modern and innovative design + add some new pages and features. The work was mainly on the design, and less about branding and content, as we took all from the old website. When Bond agency reached out to us, we decided to go for this opportunity with them and we are very pleased with the outcome!

To get more traction in the hospitality market we wanted to partner program to work together with individual consultants and tech vendors. We only had no idea where to start. That is where Bond Agency came in play.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We were pointed in the direction of Bond Agency through our network. The knowledge and experience of Ruben and Eva where deciding factors to start the project together with them.

They introduced a detailed approach on how the project would evolve. Step by step we knew what was expected and what input and decisions we had to take. On the main content of the program they made the suggestions for us to review. This way we could maintain the speed and use their knowledge. The program was launched within the agreed time frame.

Our company was growing quickly and we needed support with building integration partnerships on a commercial and technical point of view. As we had limited resources we needed someone to drive this topic for us without having to explain what was needed.

Having worked with Bond Agency has been helping us to professionalise our integration marketplace, speed up the contacts made with potential partners and sharing a lot of knowledge with our team. Overall Bond Agency have been involved in making several very successful integration partnerships.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working together with Ruben has been very smooth. We have been working 99% of our time over Google Hangout which has been very easy and without any problems. Ruben is very communicative and pro-active with myself, our team and our partners which makes it very easy to work with him. Furthermore, Ruben's experience is contributing to fast deal making, efficient processes to onboard new partners and structure the way we work together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bond Agency had a lot of experience working with partners, which brings confidence in our team and conversations with partners. This leads to successfull results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have been working together with Ruben as they were an employee of Briq. I would recommend working with a project plan as of the start to assure full alignment during the project and agree on metrics to measure success.

With Porter we offer premium hotel website design services. The websites we develop are based on our own hotel website management platform. My role as founder and managing director is to create and implement strategic business processes and initiatives that help grow our business and make our clients happy.

To help more hotels in becoming less dependent on external parties, we were looking for partner companies who have the mutual objective to generate commission free reservations for their hotel clients.

We know Ruben and Eva from previous roles at other Hotel Tech companies. Their experience with the hospitality industry combined with their knowledge in setting up effective partnerships made it a no-brainer to work with Bond.

Together with Eva and Ruben of Bond we have been able to setup an advanced partnership program. The meetings were very pleasant and effective, so are the solutions offered. With the help of Bond we have been able to create an attractive program, including documentation, relevant website content, a partnership agreement, workflow, etc.

After finalising the partner program, Bond Agency has helped us in finding suitable partnerships opportunities with their partner finder service. It was great to see how Eva and Ruben understood our business and used this to bring on relevant partnership opportunities.

Set up a shared working space, and then Romain fed back regularly over changes and suggestions to improve UX and overall look and feel of the site. Sign off wasn't final, and Romain has stayed In touch to ensure everything is ok , which it is!
