Bolt Entertainment was hired to create a commercial advertisement. The request was for them to create a powerful piece centered around cancer awareness.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a huge success. The images that they were able to capture were incredible. Plus they were able to generate an advertisement that drove home our message. It was very impactful and beautiful to watch. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered everything on time. And not only that, they were responsive. I never had to wonder where they were in the timeline which was a relief. In addition, they anticipated needs and resolved them. It was a calm and positive experience which is very rare if you have spent any time creating commercial advertisements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love the diversity of the group. Bolt Entertainment is a group of highly intelligent, knowledgeable individuals who commit to the work. The diversity of Bolt is why the product is so stellar. You have a lot of backgrounds coming together with different experiences so in the end you have a extremely relatable production which speaks to the masses. As I said earlier, it is very impactful. I am very pleased with Bolt and will use them again and again. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bolt Entertainment could have done differently?

No, because honestly this is the best experience I've ever had with a production company. They were communicative and within budget. I also loved the product. They truly know what they are doing, and I enjoyed the process.

I’m a Marketing Manager at a professional services and SAP consulting firm. Our company offers SAP Consulting & Custom SAP Integration Solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bolt Entertainment?

We needed a business video that explained our custom SAP solutions to potential clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a plug and play video where we would not have to continuously explain what it is we do and our unique value proposition in the marketplace. We wanted something high quality and a clear and concise message that could speak to our audience.

How did you select Bolt Entertainment?

I sit on the advisory board of Audio, Video and Technology for the school system with the owner and have known of Bolt for many years.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Because of the virus, we scheduled a zoom meeting and talked through what my company was looking for. Bolt asked us if we had seen anything in the market that resembled what it was we were looking for. After sending a couple of videos that we liked, the development team started to pitch a few ideas of what our video could look like. Once we settled on a concept, it took about two weeks for them to finish with the concept. After that we scheduled the shoot a couple weeks later and lasted one day. We had the video one week later. The team was there from start to finish to make sure they stayed on brand.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They were great from beginning to end. Whenever we needed to relay a new thought or idea, their team was always available to go over our questions or concerns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After sharing the video on our social media platforms we saw a 30% increase in our website traffic and call volume has increased significantly. Once all businesses shut down due to covid, we knew we had to reach companies that were still operating. This video allowed us to target those companies and individuals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are easy to get in touch with, respond quickly and are nice people so it was a seamless collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

These guys can do it all - they're creative, smart, easy-going, and always professional. Their rates are reasonable and they are dedicated to doing the highest quality work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We have no complaints. Finding the right music for our video was the most difficult part of the process. We must have gone through 10-15 different tracks. They ended up digging through their personal collection of music set aside for a short film they were developing and the tone was perfect.
