Our project involved merging three separate websites into a single, unified website under the brand "Fraser's Medical" using Webflow. The primary objectives were to consolidate our online presence, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless navigation for our visitors. Key Deliverables:

The team demonstrated effective project management with clear communication and a structured approach to managing tasks and milestones. They were highly responsive to our needs, maintaining open lines of communication and accommodating our requests and feedback throughout the project. 

While they were good at delivering items and meeting milestones, we had to extend the timeline to ensure the release of the best possible version of the website. This extension allowed for additional refinements and improvements, benefiting the final product. 

However, better time management could have minimized the need for this extension. Attention to detail was an area with room for improvement, as there were instances where more meticulous oversight could have enhanced the final product. Despite these minor issues, we are overall happy with the outcome. 

The team's dedication and responsiveness significantly contributed to the project's success, and while we recognize some room for improvement in time management and attention to detail, we are satisfied with the final website and their efforts.
