Maybe there is no app at all, and the work is being done by hand in spreadsheets and email. Either way, you are the one left chasing it, and you should not have to be.
Build. I build the software the business actually needs. Web apps, portals, marketplaces, internal tools. Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel. Written in real code from day one, so it still works when you have a thousand users instead of ten.
Finish. Half-built and AI-built products are what I am best at. I take what you have, rebuild the parts that will not hold, and get it live. Same product to your customers, but now it can take real traffic and real payments.
Care. Software is not done when it launches. I stay on to fix, update and improve it, so you are not hunting for a developer every time something small breaks or the business needs a change.
AI workflows. The slow, repeated work inside your business can be handed over. Quotes, onboarding, reports, follow-ups, data entry. I map the process you already use, then build it to run on its own, with a person checking the parts that matter.
I work in stages on a live test site, so you see and use each piece before your customers do. At handover you get the code, the accounts and short training videos made for your app, so your team can change copy, prices and pages without calling me.

ForgA is a web app that connects farmers with local people who want farm work, from an hour to a couple of days at a time.The main deliverables were:Ranjit also worked closely with me on how the app’s behavior matched our Terms of Service, especially around payment holds, timings, and cancellations. He turned quite involved rules into something simple for farmers and workers to use.

We had multiple email threads of around 50–60 emails each, with each reply sent quickly. Everything was well communicated. I lost count of the number of bugs/enhancements resolved as there were a lot and sent in one email at times. We always felt like we were making progress, yet no corners were being cut.There was no hard set time to deliver, but I know if there had been, it would have happened.
