There honestly weren’t any major issues during the engagement. If anything, the only area for improvement would be expanding capacity as results continue to scale, simply because SEO momentum tends to create more opportunities over time.

That said, communication, delivery, and transparency were consistently strong throughout the project. Any questions or adjustments were handled quickly, and expectations were always clear. Overall, the experience was very positive, and there wasn’t anything significant I would have changed.

I should preface this review by stating that I am a small business owner and a bit skeptical of marketers in general.  While I believe wholeheartedly that marketing is quite critical for a company’s success, I have found that many marketers either 1.) offer solutions that are not aligned with my business’s goals or 2.) overpromise and substantially underdeliver.  Resources are limited, and I cannot risk investing in a project that will not render tangible results.  I write this, as I was a hesitant customer to trust a marketing company, all that said…

For some time now, I have been attempting to grow my business on Amazon.  I have listened to various “gurus” on YouTube or other platforms which always share their tips and tricks on succeeding on Amazon.  Some individuals are insightful, while many seem to repeat the same things over and over without really providing much substance.  I found some of Andrew’s videos online that talked about general marketing and found them very thoughtful.  I found them so insightful that I tried to listen to him live when I could. (I highly recommend BlueTuskr’s videos, btw.)

After some time, still a bit hesitant, I decided to reach out to the BlueTuskr team.  Ever since my first interaction with them, I have been truly wowed by the company.  Not only did they offer a solution that was within my budget, but it was completely personalized! It much better met my needs than what I was expecting.  In fact, it was a solution that is scalable.  In other words, they provided a solution that not only is applicable for my current products on Amazon, but future ones as well, which I am thrilled about.

BlueTuskr developed templates that can be utilized on our Amazon product pages, as well in our A+ content sections.  They developed the text to improve the product listing’s frontend and backend parts.  In addition, they developed some really outstanding images which will undoubtedly result in many more sales than with our current images.  Since we will be using these templates for future products, the team ensured that the deliverables were in a file format that we could readily use.  On top of that, they did the busy work of altering our current Amazon product page to reflect all of the changes that were made.

From start to finish, I have been extremely impressed by the BlueTuskr team.  They are always quick to respond, and quick to address any concerns.  They offered us several iterations of the final deliverable, ensuring they provided EXACTLY what we wanted.  BlueTuskr really exceeded my expectations, and I definitely plan on using their services in the near future.  Thanks BlueTuskr!

BT provided all aspects of the product launch from listing optimization content, A+ Content for Amazon & Product videos; between 25-75 content optimizations per year, and sometimes 10+ at a single time with quick turnaround. They rebranded our company name and logo and completely redesigned our website, ensuring ADA compliance was used; providing numerous variations of our logo and branding to be used in all marketing capacities. 

Along with redesigning our website, they handled all website campaigns, and promotions, as well as managed our email marketing; we focus on sporting events and college events so their promotion calendar was always tailored to fit appropriate themes. They handled all social media platforms, posts, engagement, and influencers on Facebook & Instagram. BT managed all of our Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. 

They targeted new customers, increased brand awareness, and attempted to create a lifetime value with each of our buyers. They would provide weekly data on conversion rates, ad spending, and any new advertising ideas they had.

Project management was executed quite well. All deliverables were usually on time and if anything was off track or running late, they would always communicate that to us. Our main form of communication was Slack, and they were always extremely responsive and attentive. They have an area where you can request tasks from them and they will followup if they need any additional information.

The amount of experience and expertise Andrew & his team bring to the table. Not everyone is familiar with the world of Amazon and even fewer people are familiar with sports apparel and novelties. BT was able to hone in on who are target audience was, which is different than the end user of our products, and that is super important to understand when creating content and imagery.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BlueTuskr could have done differently?

Our website goals ended up falling short because our Amazon business is just too big of a beast to compete with. So, my only suggestion would be to keep discovering avenues for sales and growth outside of Amazon or even to help balance out Amazon.

I’m the CRO of a proprietary 3D imaging hardware and software solution. We sell and distribute our product to fitness and wellness businesses worldwide.

Moreover, they do everything to manage our search, social, and paid advertising channels. The team works with us to deliver content, define the messaging, and decide on customer profiles. It’s a malleable, fluid process based on market trends and competition. BlueTuskr tracks the backend of the search terms.

What is the team composition?

We primarily work with Andrew (Founder); he delegates the tasks. We’ve worked with the design team on a few things. Overall, we probably deal with 4–5 teammates.

How did you come to work with BlueTuskr?

We found them through a referral. One of our sales directors had a relationship with Andrew.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $60,000–$70,000 per month through the search and social media channels. Additionally, we pay them a monthly retainer.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since January 2019; our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

BlueTuskr has been a significant revenue driver; they’ve done a phenomenal job growing our spending and advertising channels. 90% of our business is based around these funnels, and we’ve looked at substantial growth. We went from around $1.5 million in revenue in 2019 to over eight figures in 2024. As a specialty product, the importance of these funnels cannot be overstated.

Additionally, we’re now over 2,000 active customers up from where we were in 2019 and looking at a 3.5x ROI every month. BlueTuskr has managed to deliver extremely positive numbers.

How did BlueTuskr perform from a project management standpoint?

Some projects need to be rushed, so we get extended hours. Overall, the meetings are very professional, and they’ve helped us build the dashboards. They’re also active in our Slack. We can reach out to team members through the platform or email them, but Slack is the most immediate way to get a hold of anybody.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have an extremely efficient sales funnel. BlueTuskr has a niche, nuanced level of understanding of the search and social media setup, which is crucial for companies like ours because it’s our primary growth channel.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven’t had any bad experiences, but we don’t leverage them for design work or basic posting. It’s not a service that has a lot of value for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re a specialty product company, I recommend BlueTuskr. They facilitate the search and social media funnels and work within the CRM as a fractional marketing department. The only challenge is the design of the elements; I recommend finding another company or someone internal to do that.
