Key deliverables included: periodic remote testing of company systems in a secure enclave employing software agents; support in the form of an automated help desk system to post queries and obtain solutions; subscriptions to encryption and protective software; recommendations and employment of key commercial software, as an example Microsoft 365, that have met Government requirements for security; development of draft and then coordinated final plans and policies to meet the NIST 800-171 requirements to attain compliance.

BlueSteel Cybersecurity worked with us to deliver items on time, exceptions being when my company's team developed some delays, for example, in loading agents onto their systems. Weekly meetings set near- and far-term goals and work proceeded to meet those goals. Since there were options to consider, and example being a virtual workspace, the vendor lead took time to explain and demonstrate the option for our consideration. The progress allowed us to meet a key timeline based on a pending contract award.
