Every engagement starts with a scoping call with the senior operator who will lead the testing. We agree objectives, scope and rules of engagement up front, share progress through regular check-ins, and escalate critical findings immediately rather than waiting for the report. After delivery, we walk your team through the findings and retest fixes so you can confirm they hold.

It depends on scope, but we can usually start within 2 days of signing. A typical web application or network pentest takes 1-2 weeks of testing, and a full red team operation runs 4-6 weeks. Critical findings are reported immediately, the final report follows within 3 business days of testing ending, and retesting is usually completed within 4 days of your fixes.

Our value is finding the gaps that matter before an attacker does. Clients use our findings to prevent breaches, pass audits and regulator reviews, and prioritise their security spending on real risks instead of guesswork. One avoided incident typically outweighs the cost of an engagement many times over.

We like hard, specialised targets that most security vendors avoid. Right now, we're actively taking on: WebRTC and real-time communications: signalling servers, TURN/STUN infrastructure, media servers, end-to-end encryption claims and peer-to-peer leakage in video, voice and chat platforms. Automotive and connected vehicles: telematics units, in-vehicle networks, infotainment systems, EV charging infrastructure and the mobile apps and cloud APIs that control vehicles remotely. IoT and embedded devices: firmware extraction and analysis, hardware debug interfaces, radio protocols and device-to-cloud communications for smart devices, medical devices and industrial equipment. AI agents and LLM applications: prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, tool abuse and multi-agent trust failures in chatbots, copilots and autonomous agents before they reach production. Live Ransomware Simulation: safe, controlled ransomware attack chains that measure how quickly you detect, contain and recover, with evidence your board and regulators can act on. Physical red team operations: covert entry, badge cloning, tailgating and social engineering against offices, data centres and bank branches. Objective-based red teaming: full adversary simulation against crown jewel targets for banks, financial services and regulated enterprises. We're especially interested in ongoing programmes, where we test continuously as your product or environment evolves. That's where senior operators deliver the most value, because we learn your systems deeply and catch new risks as they appear. We still take on focused web, cloud and network pentests, and many of these grow into longer engagements.

We typically run 10-12 engagements at once across our team of around 30 senior operators. Each operator works on a small number of engagements at a time, so your testing gets focused attention rather than being squeezed in between other projects. Before we commit to start dates, we check that the right specialists are available, so we don't overbook and let quality slip.
