Managed a cross-functional team of software developers and control system experts in developing the product. The team has shown flexibility to the needs of different project phases for its completion and it has taken up testing and getting acceptance of the system at our client premises during the peak Covid times.

BRT was involved in developing a mobile app and website that enables customers to buy insurance products online. We started with the buying journey which later got additional modules like servicing the customers using the claims module.

It was a complex project as the app had to connect to multiple systems to fetch data and give the desired output. It also integrated a health tech platform where users can see their health scores thru the app

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the beginning, the BRT team led by Vijay showed customer-centricity while executing the project. They participated in the design, and suggested architectural tweaks when needed but never pushed to us.

The project started on-premise and then moved to the cloud, so a lot of technology refitment was necessary which Vijay and the team executed to the utmost satisfaction of the customer. They were flexible, worked late hours and during go-live their CEO Sree came on-site and spent the whole night with the team when the code was being pushed into production.

Their job is pretty niche in multiple areas and they are always hungry to co-create with the customer.

BRT managed the project within time and incorporated many CR within the journey without slipping the initial timelines.

Managed a cross functional team of software developers, control system experts and system integration specialists in developing the product. Team has shown flexibility to the needs of different project phases.
A multi-phased execution model is followed with an extended team approach during the automation system design phase and a waterfall approach during the system development phase.

Indepth understanding of industry which helped a lot during the develpment and implementation phase. The team was well-connected to the subject and client requirements.

Technically their capabilities did suffice our requirements as a client. More focus on diversified platforms in Oil and Gas segment would enable them to utilise their available potential more effectively.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blue Ripples Technologies was responsible for the design and development of a customer-facing US power trading portal. The team uploaded, analyzed, and displayed a range of power trading metrics through the use of Salesforce Tableau dashboards. The portal included a range of market-specific dashboards and metrics.

What is the team composition?

RPower worked with three teammates from Blue Ripples Technologies.

How did you communicate with them?

The primary form of communication was through MS Teams and email.

What did you accomplish together?

The project started in November 2024 and was completed in May 2025. The team delivered and demonstrated three dashboards, all of which were approved for use. However, the project was cut short due to a change in business strategy.
