We have worked with Blue Caribou for many years; Jo and Abbie are a fantastic team! Over the years, they have helped us tremendously with our video production requirements across various aspects of the business. They have the ability to shoot in many different styles, and they’re fantastic to work with when scoping out video projects, making suggestions to get the best out of your shoot. 

They hold the highest professional standards and are reliable at all times. Usually, they can turn around postproduction quickly but will not compromise quality for speed, which is great. We’ve also worked with the team to deliver a media production course to young people, getting them interested in a career in the creative industries and providing them with the foundations to get started alongside traditional educational systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Much of the content they have created has been used in both B2B and B2C campaigns. Honestly, I’d have to go back over many years of campaign reviews to give an exact ROI, but the content produced has been invaluable to our team.

Abbie and Jo are fantastic project managers who are diligent and transparent. They usually do provide projects on time, on the odd occasion that they couldn’t. They were upfront and honest to set expectations straight away and why they couldn’t meet the deadline. However, I must stress these occasions were far and few between.

The project was a pilot/sizzle on a documentary series that focused on iconic motion picture locations within the United Kingdom. Blue Caribou Productions worked alongside the director, writer and US producers to map out, location scout, shoot, edit and deliver a full pilot to be presented to US networks for a series pick-up and syndication via either a network or streaming providers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Completed pilot/sizzle was presented to streaming services and has gained interest based on the strength of the finished product. The episode was streamlined into a 7-minute edit that made for very easy to gain traction with interested parties. The project is currently in development with US streamer.

All deliverables were presented either before time or on time. Joanne and Abbie worked directly with the director and producers and conducted every area with the highest level of professionalism and response. Not once did they request any additional time and all workload was completed with no issues.

For a two-woman operation, they take on every single role with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Our US team was amazed at the standard of their work and had vouched for them to join the series upon pick-up. As they take on a lot of work, they have boundless energy and will go the extra mile to deliver in all areas.

If they could possibly improve, it would be hard to figure out where that would be. Blue Caribou Productions is the very best production company any of us have worked with.
