Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Meetup initially partnered with Bloom to help rebuild our design system in order to be accessibility complaint and modernize the brand's UI. We quickly realized what an asset it was to work with Bloom and brought them into multiple other initiatives across all three of our business verticals. 

They later worked on helping us with redesigning and drastically improving key user experiences across web, email, and Android and iOS apps, as well as helping us do user research to prove the business and user use case to launch and entire new revenue vertical as well as all the product marketing and promotion that went with it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Bloom not only helped to supercharge our product design team's output, they also helped to notably elevate our internal team's processes, attention to craft, and overall velocity. With Bloom's business savvy leading the charge in the projects they were involved in, it immensely increased the executive team's perception of the Product Design team. 

We continued to increase the Bloom budget every quarter and the ROI was never questioned as it was so clear. Bloom was a critical partner in helping Meetup reach a year of record growth, engagement, and revenue which was critical in the company's sale in early 2024.

Bloom always over delivered and went above and beyond to do exceptional work. Any feedback given was always presented with an open mind and they knew exactly when to push the team to go even bigger, respectfully push back and how to execute flawlessly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Bloom is how quickly and easily they embedded into our company and teams, how easy it was to work with them, how attentive they were to our needs, and how consistently strong their output/deliveries were.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bloom Growth Agency could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing, Bloom could not have been a more ideal partner, and I have already made countless intros from other contacts to them. 11 out of 10 would work with Bloom again.
