I’m marketing specialist at a construction startup. We are offering digital solutions for construction companies.

Our product is a bit complicated for construction companies and wanted create videos that could explain our product’s features and benefits. Our goal is to gain more conversion from social media ads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a video production companies in our country. After revirewing 10 proposals. We've chosen Black Studio because they clearly understand our needs and have great ideas.

We start with an interview for details and generate many ideas. They work to understand our product, benefits, target audience and potential. We write scripts together and in the end they delivered 2-minute 15 great videos. We decided expand our agreement.

We worked with creators and manager. They give feedbacks after all milestones. In this way, we keep up-to-date and achieve the results quickly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We create social media ads with videos. Our campaign conversions are increasing and construction companies understand our product easily as well. Also, we use videos for our sales meetings. In this way, our potential clients can see our benefits.

The project manager is easy to communicate. If they or we need to change something, we discuss each other. We mostly speak with online meeting tools and email. They give information frequently.

They are really careful about details and they are really creative. They have many ideas we want to try it.

No, they are already great.

I’m the head of product at Datamole, a digital marketing platform where people can publish their gameplay videos on different networks such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and so on. Also, users can automate their campaigns with our tool.

What challenge were you trying to address with Black Studio Agency?

We needed to find a good video producer for our brand promo video.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we had a discovery phase to see what we’d do. Black Studio Agency described a scenario for us and said we could get a mascot. They designed a mole as our mascot and animated the mole describing our tools in the video. They also did the video editing.

The video is now on our website, and Black Studio Agency is currently managing our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.

We’re in contact with three people, but there are many people in the background as well.

We had offers from three companies, but we chose Black Studio Agency.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $830,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our relationship has been amazing. Customers have asked who did our video at least 4–5 times, and we’ve shared their contact number with them.

How did Black Studio Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We can reach them any time we want; the communication is excellent. Overall, the customer relationship and project management are great. We use Jira and communicate via Zoom, calls, and face-to-face meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s the best customer relationship I’ve had.

They should talk about everything they do for us.

Firstly, we made a introduction meeting. After describe products and needs, Black Studio create storyboard, worked on different concepts. Then we approved one concept and they did every aspects of video. The connected us every stage of video like sounds or animations. They applied our feedback quickly and very well.

We worked black studio because their planning and communication skills are excellent. They gave feedbacks each stage of production. They evaluate feedbacks and apply them very quickly. Also they give us very good solutions about every problem.

We used new video in various platforms and got great feedbacks. Thanks to this video our awareness increased. Also job application to our company increase %35.
