We need assistance in helping us hone and refine our brand and positioning in the market. The primary deliverables existed in a marketing playbook that provided our core value propositions, style guide, market position and target personas. They also delivered templates that could be easily used by our marketing team for advertising and building other marketing assets.

The got us and our culture. It was important for us to find someone that was willing to understand our uniqueness as a small, private, religious college.

Overall, we were very satisfied. The transition from phase 2 to phase 3 was a little confusing, but once we expressed this, they followed up quickly to ensure we were all aligned.
