After implementing Big Leaps suggestions on our high traffic pages and product listings we seen major growth in the SEO side of things. The ultimate goal was to improve our SEO efforts to assist and bring down our Paid Ads efforts.

Keep working with companies and hone in on your specialty. It can be challenging to be a "one-size-fits-all" SEO company. Continue to do a great job and find your niche.

Our website took a dive after hiring Leap SEO and slightly recover overtime. It took a lot of investment and exposure from our behalf to get our numbers somewhat back

Not very effective, Very slow in implementing steps needed to improve our SEO and skipping through processes or completing the job after a month and a half. They seem to be outsourcing or hiring inexperienced individuals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How they are still in business with their poor service and outrageous prices.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve their communication, hire experienced individuals, and speed up their process. They could also hire professional writers and developers. Do not leave your customers in the dark and clueless about what is going on in a weekly basis.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You mentioned that your website took a dive after hiring us, however, any negative trends occurred before we started work on the website. We worked to help you recover this lost traffic. Big Leap hires and employs experienced account managers, developers, and content writers. The content we provided was approved when we sent it over. When dissatisfaction was expressed we worked closely with your team to try and remedy, and as a show of good faith waived the remaining two months of the contract.

Even though we have hundreds of dealers nationwide, our service is new to the market, so people who need what we do, weren't able to find us online (certainly not on the first page of Google, where we need to be!)

What were your goals for this project?

Basically, to rank on the first page of Google for a bunch of important keywords, make our dealers easy to find locally, and boost search volume.

How did you select this vendor?

Through a lot of research, digging, and vetting. We looked at about 10 companies across the country before hiring Big Leap.

I'll avoid writing a novel but will say the scope of work is extensive. We told Big Leap exactly what we needed to achieve and they created a detailed scope of work and a timeline around what it would take to make it happen.

What was the team composition?

There were a couple of people involved in the sales process, and 3-4 on the strategy side. Our account is primarily handled by two account managers who are very knowledge, responsive and helpful.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Total search volume is up 30% which we feel is excellent in a short period of time. We've also moved onto page 1 for a number of important search terms, and are steadily climbing in the rankings for over 100 more terms. Overall, our leads are up and the quality is leads is better all the time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. They are easy to work with and communicate with. No problems with workflows.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They do what they say they will do and they can keep up with our fast growth. The team is super knowledgable and easy to work with, and they are constantly suggesting ideas for improving our results. Big Leap is a refreshingly proactive approach to digital marketing.

In the early days there were a few miscommunications but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it's been a very good experience.
