What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw a clear increase in brand visibility and online engagement, including higher website traffic, stronger social media reach, and improved local search presence. These outcomes translated into greater brand recognition in the Melbourne market and an increase in qualified inquiries over time.During and after the campaign, we recorded approximately a 45% uplift in social media reach and a 20%–25% increase in qualified inquiries. These metrics clearly demonstrated stronger brand awareness and improved engagement with our target Melbourne audience.Over the course of the campaign, we saw improved visibility for key service-related search terms, which contributed to stronger local search presence and more relevant inquiries. During the campaign, we saw key service-related keywords move up by approximately 5–10 positions in local Melbourne search results. This improvement helped increase our visibility for carpentry and construction searches and strengthened our local search presence overall.
