BFJ Digital helped us set up and personalise HubSpot’s Marketing Hub so we could manage our guest communication more effectively. They took the time to understand how our restaurant connects with people, from bookings and events to newsletters and special promotions, and then built the system around those needs. Their team handled everything from setting up contact lists and email templates to creating automated campaigns that share updates about our events and wine selections.
They also built simple dashboards that let us see how our emails and promotions are performing, which has made it much easier to understand what our guests enjoy most. On top of that, they provided hands-on training so our team felt confident using HubSpot day to day.
The main deliverables included a customised Marketing Hub setup, automated guest communication, branded email templates, clear reporting tools, and friendly support whenever we needed help.

Since working with BFJ Digital, we’ve seen a real improvement in how we communicate with our guests. Our email engagement has gone up, and we’re getting more responses to our event and booking campaigns. The automated workflows have saved us a lot of time, especially when promoting wine tastings and special dinners. We’ve also noticed more consistent bookings and better attendance at events because our messages reach the right people at the right time.
