Giftionery International is a digital first company that sells corporate gifts, stationery and other products to both the B2B and B2C market through multiple online e-commerce channels. We are a company with nearly 25 years of history but run like a start up by a young and dynamic team.

Our business model is Factory to Consumer e-commerce where we own and operate the entire supply chain from product sourcing and development to direct online sales with no middlemen.

We were able to get multiple key pages to rank on not only page 1 but position 1 with even snippet on google in less than a couple months. We also have a very clear roadmap to a long term SEO optimisation strategy that ensures we will remain competitive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective with Jim serving as a mentor and guide while co developing the strategy for the key business outcomes with the MD while the Digital Marketing team took care of the execution of the efforts.

We provide invoice factoring services to small and medium-sized companies in Singapore. We conduct our business primarily online. It can be very difficult to get customers, so we wanted to improve our online presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The primary goal of this project was to be featured on some of the major social media platforms, and Best SEO helped us to do that. They also helped us with Google and Facebook ads, as well as our SEO efforts.

Jim (Marketing Strategist) is our main contact, and I think there are other employees that help to provide the content.

I searched online and they were ranked at the top for some of the keywords I searched for. I thought they would be good to try out.

They’re using industry-leading software and tools to help manage the project. I’m quite happy with that.

I like Jim’s way of doing SEO services. While other agencies usually provide services without explanation, Best SEO gives a human touch.

In terms of pricing, they might not be the cheapest. In terms of their product offering, they could maybe introduce more flexible options for smaller companies to get started.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If the client is in a particular industry that Best SEO does not have experience in, they might need to have a resource that also has some basic digital marketing experience, otherwise, it would be a bit technical for them
