Please describe your company and your position there.

As Managing Director of Nar & Co, I oversee the growth and direction of our construction and property development company. Nar & Co has the foundation of over 50 years' combined experience in the property and construction sectors. In addition, our professional team has a strong legal, construction, property development, insurance and risk management background. Nar & Co is the one-stop solution for homeowners, landlords, property developers and investors to engage in development projects. All aspects of the residential building trade is covered by us; our services range from home maintenance tasks to the development of residential estates. We value our clients' vision, and we have a strong network to see this through to completion. Equally, we value a professional service and quality of finish. Therefore, we undertake bespoke project management management services, which allows us to directly partake in our client's experience with interior design, architectural design and bespoke material sourcing available.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bespoke Brand Developers?

The issue we faced was that our team has been trading in this industry without any knowledge of running a business in accordance with the technological advances that the 21st century has brought us. We hired Bespoke Brand Developers to consult our UK marketing strategy, this included brand development from inception to marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for this project was to generate leads for our services.

How did you select this vendor?

We shortlisted 10 vendors, having a pool of big and small agencies in the selection. We held a vote and decided to choose BBD because of their expertise and friendly attitude. BBD were proactive in offering disproportionate value for investment, the team were experts in their fields as evidenced by their knowledge of SEO, website development, security and marketing strategies in general.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we selected BBD, we set up an initial consultation. Joe and Jacek were extremely helpful and met me locally as I was too busy to meet in Central London. The initial consultation gave Joe the chance to understand my vision, and the initial ideas I had - it felt like a constructive and informal conversation. After this, Joe took a few days to come back to me with a proposal; this included everything from logo design services, to email domain and website development, to security protocols and copyrighting, and also traditional marketing methods. Once agreed, Joe undertook this project and regularly kept in contact to update on his progress. On some elements of his service, there was frequent back and forth -such as website and brochure design- but Joe accommodated our requirements and offered honest and helpful advice throughout the process.

What was the team composition?

Initially, Joe and Jacek attended the initial consultation. Joe was project manager, and the rest of the team chimed in when their expertise was required.1

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, we have not had the chance to roll out the full marketing strategy as the Covid-19 halted our progress. However, I have been able to make some key contacts through Joe and I am building these relationships further.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication and scheduling were fantastic, we were able to work remotely 90% of the time. Joe was also very honest with his approach for Nar & Co, and I haven't felt let down by him at any time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The technical knowledge and market insights they hold are particularly impressive. I have worked with other marketing agencies in the past, and the processes have often felt disjointed and non-collaborative, but BBD have flipped my expectations in this respect.

Are there any areas for improvement?

One area for improvement may be financial incentives for start-ups to use BBD services.

We wanted to create a better website and web presence. We also had a need for SEO services.

Bespoke Brand Developers created a website for us from scratch. Their team took the lead for sourcing, researching, and coming to us with ideas for the site, which is primarily informational. They’re still in charge looking after our site and leads.

We began working together in January 2018 and the partnership’s ongoing.

We’re really happy with their work. We’ve recommended Bespoke Brand Developers to other therapists and psychological establishments.

We communicate with them by email, phone, and Zoom when needed. Bespoke Brand Developers completes their work before deadlines. They’re on top of their responsibilities.

No, we’re quite happy with their work.

Go for it. They’re an up and coming business. If they keep doing what they’re doing, they’ll be extremely successful.
