Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of GNEISS (Global Network Encryption Investment Security Service). We’re the first peer-to-peer free-market blockchain platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Benchwork Technologies?

We have an amazing backend designer, but we needed a frontend designer to work on the UX.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I began the project already knowing what I wanted since I’m essentially the architect of everything. So, I gave them the requirements for the platform and they took it from there. They work on the frontend coding and design needs, including adding moving GIFs and cloud scrolling. 

They’re working on finishing up the charting data that we’re importing. From there, they’ll be working on the frontend of the registration services. 

What is the team composition?

I work with Yateesh (Founder) and one other coder. 

How did you come to work with Benchwork Technologies?

I found them through a referral. I have a marketing person who knows them. Compared to other companies, they were less expensive and it seemed like they could do the job.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $8,000–$9,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since April 2019 and our engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their work is of very high quality and everyone loves the design. The GIFs are the first thing you land on at the landing page, and they’re very well done. I’m pretty impressed. 

How did Benchwork Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re perfect at managing the project. It’s hard to get a hold of them on the weekend, but that’s understandable. During the week, they’re always there if our timezones match up. Aside from the time difference, we’ve had no problem at all. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work in producing the GIF at a cost-effective price is most impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing I can think of is being a bit better on our timelines could help, since they’re sometimes a day or two late. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Confirm the work that needs to be done and be detailed.

We are changing the lives of a lot of people - thanks to the fast execution of Benchwork Technology's team, who understood our vision and executed our idea.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We regularly used Google Drive, Slack for quick and fast communication. We never had any issues.

Benchwork Technology has an immpressive team who provides you the solution in a fast, efficient and competitive manner. Very impressive by their conduct and behaviour.

I cannot think of one as we are delighted with their performance.
