Our company has several issuses with weak IT security, several bridges in different portals and applications. IT system and all different tools for sales, marketing, project management has been growing with the company's fast growth and strategic management over it staying behing. They helped us with detailed analysis of the whole system, prepared detailed report for shareholders and executive plan for improvements.

Detailed analysis with organized report of vulnerabilities. Detailed plan for improvements segmented in more phases based on state of emergency and with a goal to achieve fast results.

They deliver all steps in agreed time lines. They prepare and shared in advance exact list of resources and company employees contacts needed for analysis. During the project they regularly communicate with company representatives and main contact person from the company. For the final report they were very precise and they explained results to wider team, and were available for additional discussions, presentations to achieve understanding from all involved.

They go beyond basic IT expense audits by identifying underutilized resources, eliminating redundancies, and optimizing cloud, software, and infrastructure spending with a focus on maximizing ROI. Which was a perfect foit for our high-tech, startup mindset.

Are there any areas for improvement or something benchmarked could have done differently?

Perhaps larger enterprise mindset companies would not be willing to adjust to certain suggestions that Benchmarked provided, but we were a great fit. They truly helped us improve our cybersecurity and reduced our IT costs for a fraction of a cost compared to offers we got from some other top rated vendors. Our cooperation continues to this day, can defniitely recommend.
