I am running a business development force in a consulting company based out of Halifax, Canada.

For what projects/services did your company hire Belkins?
We hired Belkins to support our internal resources with an appointment setting.
What were your goals for this project?
We had to scale fast but didn’t want to increase our overhead, so hiring an external agency seemed like a good alternative. We were looking for a professional agency that had experience in our space. We found Belkins who provided us with high-quality lead generation services during the entire time of the contract. We will definitely work with them again for the upcoming projects.

How did you select this vendor?
We shortlisted a few vendors that seemed to be the most reputable and then after interviewing Belkins we decided to go with them.
Describe the project in detail.
We had a project with a very sensitive deadline and we needed external assistance to scale it fast. We were looking to acquire additional 30 SQLs on top of what we can general internally. We also were looking specifically for an agency that specializes in email marketing and the ABM approach, as telemarketing doesn’t work in our industry.
What was the team composition?
We had 5 people working with us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We successfully completed our project and Belkins was able to meet the KPI that we set for them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
There was nothing that we wished to improve in our workflow.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Belkins was able to provide quality services and match the high standards of our internal team. We work with large enterprises and building relationships is important in our business, thus the quality of work is key. We were skeptical about hiring an external agency but it turned out to be a good decision. The Belkins team was able to deliver high-quality appointments.

Belkins is fully transparent with all of our team members involved. We have access to about 5-7 employees: CSM, data miners, content writers, etc. We have an absolutely seamless line of communication with their dedicated team!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have seen a ton of new meetings come through, closed deals and created new connections with many prospects! This has been quite impactful regarding our sales pipeline and revenue.

Their project management is very effective! They always beat deadlines and their entire team is extremely transparent and a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to work with our specific requests!

They aren’t afraid of a challenge; they are extremely dedicated and knowledgeable, and their positivity is so refreshing!
Are there any areas for improvement?
No improvements that I can see! But if there were, they would be happy to work with us to fix it.
