Everything started with our conversion with the sales guy Michael,l who happened to be one of the founders. He walked us through the process. Once we had a successful trial, we signed the agreement and had an onboarding process with the Belkins team.
Then we met the team once per week. Also, we had a Slack channel, so we felt like they worked closely with us. Since we all work remotely, we didn’t feel the difference.

On a daily basis, SDR attended to all incoming emails and followed up with prospects who were warm. Then SDR turned these warm leads into sales qualified leads and delivered them to us by accessing our calendars and setting up appointments. Our SE moved these meetings to closing.

We have benefited greatly from the experience that Belkins has in SaaS. We found out that the agency has successfully developed several SaaS products in-house and they grow these products together with the agency, so they know where we are coming from and what are the challenges that we face on a daily basis.
Some of the problems that Belkins helped us overcome are:
Low quality prospects in our database. (we were not able to achieve accurate leads’ information with other providers)
Spam problems with our emails. (every time we launched new campaigns we experienced low performance because of spam)
