We created a website that can record testimonials from local stakeholders voicing support for our plant

Artisans has the right man Mr. Jacob leading the team and his vision and nuance really convinced us to go ahead with the project. Besides which it terms of cost they are very well positioned for the fantastic quality of work they produce.

We needed to make a easy to use website to collect video testimonials from rural stakeholders on low end smartohone devices. The campaign has set a target to reach 25,000 video testimonials and Artisans have managed to create a platform end to end. They right from server maintenance to fixing bugs Artisans have been prompt and resolve an issues we faced along the way

Mr. Jerish Jacob who lead the project with the UI design and Mr. Hafsal who helped build the code and infrastructure

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaign do date has reached nearly 50% of its outcome and expected achieve 25,000 in the near future. Artisans quick turnaround time to make a functional platform that is easy to use is the best innovation to date

We just had 2 calls with Artisans before they had a functioning platform within a week. Shortly after they helped with resolving bugs on a day to day basis and managed to fix any bug under 24 hours

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part about Artisans is their professionalism and there dedication to the larger organisation vision. You never feel like you're interacting with an agency but rather a person who believes and sees the larger company vision

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Certain bugs did involve stalling the server which caused issues in the start but they were rectified very quickly

We hired Artisans for a website design project. It was a design and development project that needs to be delivered within strict timeline. Our in-house team was occupied with other projects, so Artisans were the first choice for us.

I know Jerish personally, owner of Artisans. He is a design expert and runs his UI/UX agency from quite some time.

The project was a corporate website that need to showcase the AI solutions of the business. The client came to us for getting a landing page developed to showcase their products, which turned into a full-fledged website development project later. So we hired additional help from Artisans for the website design.

It was a corporate website, so only one designer was required for the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were good. Our client appreciated the overall website design and the graphics used on it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication and workflow between Artisans and Grovention was just perfect. The website pages and wireframes were freeze at the initial stage and the design delivery was on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Artisans Media quickly grasp the context of the product and design pages to convey the message right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We didn't have any conflict throughout the project and the design delivery was accepted without many iterations, so we don't have any suggestion for improvement for Artisans.

I'm a partner at an online art school. We teach people that are interested in South Indian art and help them navigate through it.

What challenge were you trying to address with Artisans Media?

I needed an online presence, including a website that showcased my work. I already had a site, but it was several years old, and I wasn’t happy with it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Artisans Media designed my website, RanjithGovind.com. They started from scratch and took care of the color scheme and the rest of the design. They also helped me with graphics and photos with the content I provided.

I was directly in touch with Jerish (CEO); he helped me with everything.

They were recommended to me by a friend.

We spent around $5,000–$10,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with Artisans between November–December 2017.

People can now find and contact me through the website they created.

How did Artisans Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They were prompt, and I had a great experience working with them. We communicated mainly over the phone, and we used email to exchange content.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t have too much experience working with people in this area. Compared to my previous experience, Artisans Media did a great job building the site. They were prompt,  gave a lot of inputs, and seemed to know what worked for me. I received a lot of help from them, and it was a great experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they did everything I expected and more.  

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They prioritized my requests and made follow-ups the way I wanted and made sure to give me the product I was looking for. My advice is for customers to communicate, interact, and share what they’re looking for — I’m sure Artisans Media will help them with it.

We had to urgently build 20 landing pages (one for each product feature) to support a new product release.

We worked with a developer in the past who joined Artisans Media. He was known for exceptional design skills and project management.

Each landing page required an SVG animation to explain the feature. Key Deliverables: 1. Landing Page layout 2. Graphics and Thumbnails 3. SVG Animation Technologies: WordPress, Adobe.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched a major release in September 2022, thanks to the excellent delivery from Artisans Media. After the launch, our product received six awards for best network automation software.

They were very flexible. They joined our Wrike project management software and updated all deliverables in a timely manner.

Consistency in quality

They follow the storyboard approach with their other clients. I wish they had told us about it earlier in the project. That would've elevated the overall collaboration.

I found Artisans media through my friend circle. One of my friends got me connected to them and I felt they are up to my expectations and gave me a very good price.

We had three to four meetings every month regarding the production and technicalities. The employees of Artisans are very friendly and good listeners. They easily understand my vision and that helps us to be in the same boat. They deliver what they promise on time.

This project is a time-consuming one. We are in the middle of the project as of now. I'm very happy with the outcome till now. The success of this project is based on market research and branding which I'm sure artisans media can deliver.

Due to covid we are working online full time. I am getting regular updates on mail, Whatsapp and we connect through zoom regulerly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The commitment of the CEO Mr. Jerish Jacob. Even though I'm not the biggest client they have, still Jerry pings me every now and then to update me about the workflow and progress. All the employees are well mannered and 0 hiccups have happened to date. Perfect coordination skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, It would be better if they can have offices in all the main cities in India. That would help people like me to interact with them more often with out travelling much distance.

Maxian project was a recognition program. The employee handbook was a handbook that encompasses all the policies in the organization. The video project was to showcase a list of winners for a recognition program.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Jerish who coordinated the shoot in Chennai. He was the single point contact who coordinated in getting the entire production unit together and constantly on ground for any support.

It helped TCS win the 2019 ITSMA Diamond Award for Marketing Excellence in the category ‘building reputation through brand and differentiation’.

The project management style was a very hands-on approach with very little margin for error. The communication tools were up to date that enabled ease and timely execution.
