I’m the co-founder and CEO of Vega IT Sourcing. Founded in 2008, our company has developed tailor-made software solutions for foreign markets for over a decade. We’re passionate about creating quality products from start to finish and measure our success based on our customers’ satisfaction.

Their team always does a great job, which has resulted in continued engagement with our partners and clients. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? 

They really fit into our way of working. Although our partners typically handle the project management, Bee IT also assigns a technical team lead to facilitate the collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

I’m impressed with their dedication to learning. They stay up to date with any new development regarding Drupal. 

Are there any areas for improvement? 

No, not that I can see. They’re doing a great job, and I'll continue to hire their teams in the future as well.

I’m the director of a digital marketing agency that focuses on e-commerce.

We needed additional development resources.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bee IT has delivered programmers to help our agency with e-commerce implementations. We scale up and down with about a month’s notice. They predominantly work on the backend, mainly in JavaScript which gets executed on e-commerce platforms for our clients. Their team serves as additional manpower for new projects as well as ongoing ones that involve maintenance.

What is the team composition?

The number depends based on our needs. We usually engaged with between two to seven members of their team, and deal with their CEO and CTO.

How did you come to work with Bee IT?

We had a similar working relationship with another company that they collaborated with. When Bee IT branched out on their own, we went along with them considering that they focus on e-commerce.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent between €250,000– €500,000 (approximately $285,370–$570,730 USD). For the people we have on board, we pay them an hourly rate.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Bee IT in October 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a long working relationship with Bee IT. Their quality has always been high. We informally receive feedback from the team they work with on our end, and it’s been nothing but positive. There have been no problems.

How did Bee IT perform from a project management standpoint?

We handle the project management, while they provide their staffing resources.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their consistent quality and flexibility make them stand out from other companies. They can scale up and down at short notice. Their founders get involved whenever there’s a small issue. We reach out, and they immediately address it and follow up to make sure the solution meets our requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind. What Bee IT has accomplished has been quite extraordinary.

Our customers are happy, so we couldn't have made a better decision. Some of Bee IT’s resources are more proactive than others, but they’re all communicative, so we’re very satisfied. Their issue-resolution stands out in particular.

We manage the project from our side, but they participate in daily standup calls and communicate on Slack.

They’re efficient, solution-oriented, and dedicated to delivering quality.

Sometimes Bee IT could propose better solutions rather than accepting requirements as they are.

They handle our ecommerce project with uttermost professionalism. We wanted to have a platform whereby we will be displaying our 3D design models such as clothes and the trousers. They delivered  as it was a seemless service.

The Website was built within the space of 4 weeks and they were able to upload the our required products.

The website refresh rate is within 5 secs and it is user friendly.
