We do a lot of real VVIP events, including Davos WEF side events, private dinners, top Ibiza clubs and music concerts backstage parties, and private island experiences. For our event in Singapore, we needed a local partner who could help us ensure an elevated experience for our HNWI.

Bebop Asia helped us with certain event management nuances on the ground in Singapore. The essence of our work includes a high level of privacy, so I can’t get into much detail. However, Bebop Asia provided local connections and ensured suppliers for an elevated experience during our VVIP event there. They helped with entertainment, high-level introductions to local officials, and other specific aspects.

Our guests were happy, and the experiences were well-delivered — Bebop Asia did more than we asked for. Our guests said they felt like they were at a home party in Ibiza, which is one of the highest levels of recognition in our industry.
