I’m a co-founder and CMO of Trakx. It’s a small cryptocurrency startup with roughly 10 employees.

We wanted to outsource the writing of content for our blog.

Ideas were contributed from our side and theirs. They wrote content, reviewed it with us, and published it. They averaged one post per week.

Our blog has 10,000 followers now. We are happy with the quality of work they did for us.

How did Beaver Writer perform from a project management standpoint?

We used their platform and Google Drive to interact, review content, and communicate with each other. Once we learned the platform, it was smooth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are focused rather than trying to do everything, which we really liked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Some of their data could’ve had more research, but for the pricing, it was good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Review the content to ensure it fits your brand, especially in the beginning.

SEO, Brand Image, Build guides for customers.

How did you select Beaver Writer?

Compared to 3 different agencies I met via web search. Ended up selecting Beaver Writer after a free trial where I was satisfied.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After we selected Beaver Writer, we were invited to fill a content plan and they started auditing our current strategy. They pretty much took it from there, with consistent content creation since the beginning of the project. Occasional reviews and strategy advice.

What was the team composition?

Small team, mostly made of freelance writers. We got to work with the same freelancer from the beginning since we are happy with his work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

30,000 monthly views on the blog. 50% traffic on the website coming from external links that are related to the blogs or content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, they have their own Client Area dashboard where we can collaborate all together.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Don’t bill by the hour or by the project. It felt like we had a full-time employee working with us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None at this stage. Would appreciate more flexibility in the scope.
