BEAN provided a comprehensive brand strategy, platform development, and social media implementation services. Their scope of work includes:

Brand Strategy Development:

• Customer Research: Defining the brand’s target audience (Brand ‘Who’).
• Brand Resources: Identifying core offerings and strengths (Brand ‘What’).
• Value Proposition and Strategic Framework: Establishing the brand’s operational methodology (Brand ‘How’).
• Big Idea and Positioning: Defining the brand’s core purpose and differentiation (Brand ‘Why’).

Brand Platform Creation:

• Brand Personality: Crafting a unique character for the brand.
• Narrative Asset: Building foundational messaging content.

Social Media Foundation:

• Strategic Assessments: Evaluating current social media strategies and analyzing market models.Goal

Brand Guidelines Compilation:

• Comprehensive documentation of the brand strategy, platform, key visuals, grid and layout systems, and specifications for social media templates.

Deliverables: BEAN provided a complete handover package in English and Vietnamese, including:

• Brand strategy and platform documents (.pdf).
• Social media analysis, objectives, content framework, and visual elements (.pdf, .ai).
• Social media execution assets: content calendar (.xls), post visuals (.png), and accompanying text.
• Brand guidelines manual (.pdf) with detailed usage instructions.

The new brand identity resonated well across all platforms, reflected by a 68% increase in website traffic and significant engagement on social media. They have a very innovative design approach. As I mentioned, we are a medical technology & device company, heavily influenced by the old school government style; they transform us into a modern, technology but also being very 'healthcare'

If they extensively use metrics and analytics to guide the design process and evaluate its effectiveness post-launch, it demonstrates a commitment to not just aesthetic improvement but also measurable outcomes.

Been an extraordinary journey with team BEAN since 2021! Amazed by how the skillful team, professional customer services, innovative designs as well as spectacular outcomes! 

The project of re-branding QFrame (our company) that such an amazing work! It includes re-brand logo, social appearance, packaging, etc.

This project has been featured in @logos.ai and World Brand Design Society.

We have gained several international clients. 

Been working with giant corporate such as Novaland, Cartier, private museum, private collectors.

Been reaching out to galleries and supporting the artists.

The delivery is not only just on time but also well structred that you can see most of the important info at a glance. Im pretty sure that's a pain point for most of the collaboration where the info is too much to handle and Bean has delivered it well.

I believe every business has a room for listening to clients' needs. Bean does the same. They have managed to fit our need well so both sides can come to an spectacular agreement.
