**SOLUTION**
How did you find The Branx?ReferralWhy did you select The Branx over others?Great culture fitReferred to meCompany values alignedHow many teammates from The Branx were assigned to this project?2-5 EmployeesDescribe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables. We partnered with The Branx on a full brand repositioning and website redesign. The scope of work included brand strategy workshops, refining our positioning and messaging, and developing a clearer brand narrative aligned with our product direction and long-term vision. From there, they evolved our visual identity and translated the strategy into a completely redesigned website. This included page structure, user journey planning, design concepts, and final website design and build. The deliverables covered both the strategic foundations (brand positioning, messaging and narrative) and the practical outputs (updated visual identity and a fully redesigned, modern website that better reflects who we are today).

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? As we’ve only recently launched the new brand and website, it’s still early to measure the full impact on website engagement or sales performance. However, the project has already given us a much clearer and more confident market position. We now have stronger, more consistent messaging that better reflects our product innovation and long-term vision. We expect this clarity to positively influence website engagement as well as support sales conversations by helping prospects understand our value and differentiation much earlier in their journey.Internally, the repositioning has also created stronger alignment across our marketing, sales and product teams, which we see as a key foundation for long-term success.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Their project management was strong throughout. They delivered items on time and kept the project moving at a steady pace, with clear milestones and expectations. They were responsive to our needs, open to feedback and flexible when required. Communication was consistent and well structured, which made the process feel organised and collaborative from start to finish. What was your primary form of communication with The Branx?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What impressed us most was their creativity and their ability to truly understand what we were hoping to achieve from the earliest stages of the project. They quickly grasped not just what we do, but where we’re heading as a company, and translated that into a clear and compelling brand direction. Are there any areas for improvement or something The Branx could have done differently? One area for improvement would be attention to detail around spelling and small typos. As we’re based in different regions, there are naturally differences in language conventions, which is completely understandable. However, a slightly tighter proofreading process, particularly around regional spelling, would have helped streamline the final review stages. That said, this was relatively minor in the context of the overall project and the quality of the strategic and creative work delivered.

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of an IT consulting company in the B2B sector from Germany. We are specialised in agile software development, DevOps consulting and IT security services.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?

We hired The Branx for rebranding and brand ui elements, including the design and creation of a new corporate logo. Our goals were to develop a new brand identity that is in line with our corporate culture in order to appear appealing to potential employees and customers.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We came across The Branx through research on the internet. After comparing different agencies, the team came to the conclusion that The Branx's style best matched our ideas and vision.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

First, as a team, we had to think about the position of our company. What kind of appearance is important to us and what values do we want to reflect to the outside world. What goals and visions do we have and which colours are a no-go and so on. We worked on this and in the following steps four different brand identities were proposed to us on Figma so that we could decide on a direction.

After we did this, The Branx continued to work together with us on one idea. The logo was adapted according to our ideas and some other tweaks were made until we came to a final result. A social media kit was then designed for this.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with their project manager and chief creative officer. Brand specialists also supported different stages of the work.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For results, feel free to check out our website www.swipergy.com and our new social media channels on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. There you will find our new brand identity in action.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used a common calendar planning tool and Google Hangout to hold meetings. The timeline was transparent and adhered to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a team, we were very pleased with the open, friendly manners and prompt responses. For example, when we asked for specific Canva designs to be sent to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing came to our minds so far.

Customers consistently compliment our logo and branding materials, and we've been able to tie multiple projects under the same brand.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They were very good at setting expectations. We had stages where we would communicate quite a bit, and stages where they needed time to do heads down design work. At each stage they'd present us with options and we'd choose the option we liked best, to iterate further upon.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to extract creative direction even when we didn't quite know how to articulate what we wanted ourselves. At each stage, they were able to grasp our (sometimes vague) descriptions of our likes and dislikes about each option and turn them into actionable feedback to improve each new version.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It took us a while to get on a good cadence of feedback + new iterations, since we're on different timezones. There were periods of slow progress due to either side being backed up with work, and we had to make up for it towards the end by meeting more frequently (which ultimately helped a lot in shipping the final project).

**The Review** — Jul 1, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: The Branx’s work meets all expectations. The team delivers quality results in a timely manner. They have an impressively creative project management process that showed genuine care about the client's service.
""They truly care about our business and our needs. We are impressed by their creative work.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Instruqt is a hands-on virtual IT labs platform for product-led growth. We help software companies generate demand at scale and drive adoption with hands-on product experience. I'm the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Instruqt.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?

In the early days of Instruqt, we created a mascot logo that was intended to bring out the fun, engaging aspects of our platform. The designed warrior with a shield represented our gamification approach. As we started to apply our logos in more media and channels, we realized that our old logo was not the easiest to work with. And, we felt like a more modern but still gamefish and fun branding would signal our company’s core values.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We made a search online for branding companies that have experience working with tech startups. We found a few and entered into conversation with them. We concluded that The Branx has the expertise and experience that match our needs.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We started with a workshop with key members of the team. Thereafter they created three design directions for us to review. We chose one and followed by a few iterations of feedback before we finalized the new logo and brand identity.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with our account manager and the chief designer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are pleased with the new logo, isotype, and brand identity. We got positive feedback from our customers as well.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly meetings during the project and email updates. We are impressed by the way they managed the project. They are able to deliver quality work within a tight timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They truly care about our business and our needs. We are impressed by their creative work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No downside! We are happy with The Branx.

**The Review** — May 11, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: The client was delighted with their new brand identity, which made them more professional and established in the industry. The Branx delivered a modern and sophisticated website, improving the overall marketing visuals. Their patience as a team was commendable.
""The project was a game-changer in terms of our confidence and stepping into a larger role in the industry.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the marketing director for a B2B SaaS company that converts commercial insurance program documents to data-rich dashboards, giving risk executives instant access to the information they need to stay empowered and effective.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?

When I started my role at LineSlip, the branding was extremely outdated and amateur. We are disruptors in the InsurTech space, but our brand identity looked like the outdated methods we seek to replace.

We wanted to work with a company that had B2B/SaaS experience and could help us develop a brand identity that reads as professional and polished.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

My team and I reached out to about a dozen companies and interviewed them. As is common in startups, our CEO had a "get it done yesterday" timeline in mind, so we were in a time crunch. The Branx team was responsive, talented, had experience in the space, and was ready to go when we were.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We began with a thorough questionnaire and conversation about what we did or didn't want the brand to look like. We used Figma to collaborate on the brainstorming process, which was fun and—more importantly—worked well for getting input from people in leadership whose time and attention for such projects are often limited.

The first draft of the brand directions that we received were extremely thoughtful and intentional. We felt that they had listened to our needs and preferences, and taken all that into account while also inserting their area knowledge. We requested a few changes to the directions and quickly ended up with a brand identity that everyone on our team is excited about.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with three people on their team: Ines (Marketing & Strategy), Jesus (CEO), and Dani (I believe he was the actual designer).

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's hard to concretely quantify rebrand outcomes, but I can tell you that our entire team is more enthusiastic about our brand identity; we are viewed as more professional and established in our industry; our website now looks much more modern and sophisticated; we are proud of the marketing visuals we produce.

The project was a game-changer in terms of our confidence and stepping into a larger role in the industry.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The team was always available over email and we had regular remote meetings to go over progress, changes, and give input. As I said, we completed the brainstorming process using Figma which was highly intuitive and perfect for my busy CEO. The entire team was extremely communicative, professional, and kind.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciated how patient they were with our somewhat chaotic startup work environment, and how they took our feedback and really synthesized it into a suite of branding that we actually love to use. They were more respectful of our timelines than even we were at some points.

I always felt like they put a lot of care and thought into their work with us, which I really appreciate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was one issue where we were on a tight deadline and I felt the deliverable wasn't quite to the highest quality standard that we had been accustomed to. However, upon receiving that feedback, the Branx team responded with empathy and understanding, explained that they were focused on the tight turnaround, and they made it right (and better!) immediately.

I share this not to call them out for a mistake being made (because frankly, mistakes will be made and that is completely expected) but more to highlight that they took critical feedback graciously and immediately rectified it, beyond our expectations.

**Feedback Summary**: The new branding matches the client's business perfectly. After working with The Branx, the client's Google rankings improved and their LinkedIn follower count increased. The Branx's results-oriented team checked in with the client to discuss the deliverables after each phase of the project.
""They have not missed a single deadline.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO and Founder of Moby Analytics, a fintech who provides automated data analytics services for finance professionals.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?

We are a young company 100% self-funded - so our budget was tight. We hire The Branx to shape our brand identity and build us a new landing page. Our goals were to:

create a visual identity around our company's values
have a landing page that can be used as our visit card.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on-line for many different vendors. The Branx really stood out by the quality of their portfolio. Their usual price was above our budget but decided to still contact them. After a short discussion, they came up with a very pragmatic solution to fit our budget without sacrificing the quality on their side.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We first received a form to collect inputs about our company and our likes/dislikes in terms of design. We then had a kick-off meeting to go through this form. Following the meeting, we had a first brand proposal within 1-2 weeks time. After some minor adjustments, we proceeded to the creation of the landing page on Webflow. Same happened:1 week later we received the first proposal. Gave some feedbacks and received an updated version a days later. Overall process took <1 month, which we were very pleased with.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was the Marketing Manager/Project Manager and the CEO of the company. We also had exchanges with their web developper.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our ranking on Google improved significantly without any special SEO work. We also got a significant increase in people following us on Linkedin.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We first had touch point with the Marketing / Project Manager who collected our inputs. Then after each phase, we had a call to discuss the deliverables. If we had additional adjustments, we would organise a call within a few minutes. They were extremly responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Result oriented: They truly take into account your inputs and are able to build a visual identity around it that add elements that we could not have thoughts about. Once the design was finished, everything looked so obvious as if it was always there. Customer oriented: we really appreciate how well organised they were. For each phase we knew what to expect from them and what was expected of us. They have not missed a single deadline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some minor display bugs but they were fixed instantly after we shared our feedback to them.

I’m the CEO of a biotechnology company. We produce drugs for neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with The Branx?

We were a deep tech company, and we wanted help with our branding and website. As a result, we hired, The Branx to create our logo, press materials, and website.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Once they were done with the logo, The Branx helped create our color scheme and branding. After that, they developed our website. We just let them use their creative abilities as far as design and function were concerned in order to create the best materials possible. We also provided them with some materials which were all part of the science portion of our materials.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people from their team, but they had a whole team in the background.

How did you come to work with The Branx?

I searched for companies on Google that had done branding for startups. Their team came up on the list, and they ad a reasonable price compared to other companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We probably spent $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2022, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The general feedback that we received was positive. Everyone thought that the team produced professional and high-quality work. Their process was really tailored to our needs, and they knew how to produce good branding. However, we didn’t have any metrics because our users were pharmaceutical companies.

How did The Branx perform from a project management standpoint?

They asked every question that needed to be asked, and they dealt with every detail of our project. We went back and forth with them until we were both happy with the logo and the materials. We communicated through Zoom and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offered affordable services, and they were easy to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. The Branx did everything that they needed to do.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Keep your communication lines open so you can get exactly what you need. The Branx does a great job at everything. They’re also very creative, so you can give them a lot of materials, feedback, and ideas, and they’ll turn everything into a wonderful branding or product.

**Feedback Summary**: The Branx delivered a brand and website that received positive feedback from prospective customers and applicants. The team accomplished tasks well on time and within budget, and the client appreciates that the development was completed within only 2–3 weeks.
""They were able to comprehend and deliver what we needed.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder and CTO of XONAI. We are a deep-tech startup founded in the UK, and we are a growing team of six. We’re building a cloud-based technology that can accelerate big data workloads.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with The Branx?

We engaged with The Branx to get branding and website development services.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with the branding, and The Branx helped us develop and consolidate a strong company identity. Though we didn’t have any ideas for the logo, their team presented three different options for us to choose from. Once that was established, we felt comfortable enough to move on to web development.

Unlike the logo, we had a very complete idea for the look and feel of the website. Our primary objective with it was to hire people. We sent them what content to include and what messaging the site should project, and they sent back a draft of what the site would look like. After it was built, their team gave us access to the site so we could edit the content ourselves.

The Branx also provided SEO services and might soon get started on other marketing services as well.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with around four people from their end. Their founder has been involved for the branding and design aspect of the project, while another person helped us through the web development part.

How did you come to work with The Branx?

I was having difficulties finding a startup branding agency since most companies only offer webs design. When I came across The Branx, however, I went with them right away because they were patient and had experience working with several startups. Their services were also affordable, which was the ultimate deciding factor.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent roughly €10,000–€15,000 (approximately $11,000–$16,000 USD) for all of the services they have provided so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

I first reached out to them around September 2021 and we have an ongoing engagement.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have received very positive feedback from prospective customers and applicants. I'm quite happy with the work that The Branx put into our brand and website.

I’m also pleased that the development was done fairly quickly, in a matter of only 2–3 weeks. I wasn't expecting it to be that fast. Their team really engages with me to fix and improve things on the site.

How did The Branx perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and within the budget. We mostly communicate through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were able to comprehend and deliver what we needed. The other companies I had worked with before fell disappointingly short on that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m satisfied with the value that we receive for the cost. I'm quite happy with them now, and I can't find anything to complain about.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them as much vision into the company as possible so they can understand exactly what they need to build. The more input you give the team, the better and more inspired they’ll be to create and deliver something that feels consistent.

""We were very happy with the outcome!""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Lead for Brand and Communication. We sell a digital employee referral program (HR SaaS) to enterprises globally.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?

Our company created a new theoretical framework, a success model for employee referral program, based on our years of working with customers in this industry. We needed an illustration that could depict this framework.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

I've worked for many years with Jesus and Ines from The Branx, and they are really great at what they do, so, therefore, they were my first choice for this project!

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

They had quite a difficult task - to come up with an illustration of the framework in a design that is clear and easy to understand, although it has many moving parts. They also had to provide illustrations for the smaller parts in more detail as well.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with Jesus (CEO & brand builder) and Ines (Marketing & Strategy), as well as Damien (Creative Designer).

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final illustration has not been released publically yet so I cannot officially share any numbers, but I can confirm that The Branx did an exceptional job with the design and illustration. We are very pleased with the result!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It was fantastic to work with all team members of The Branx. We had a first briefing session to kickoff and the continuous concept rounds. They gave multiple options for the more complicated parts and were very patient and flexible (and fast!) with our feedback rounds.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I felt they were extremely professional to work with, and I appreciated how they guided me through the design process with great communication and I knew what I could expect upfront. We were very happy with the outcome!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything was great :)

""They really are artistic geniuses!""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of Evolve to Binary and we're a research lab focused on the intersection of AI and biology.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?

We hired The Branx for a complete branding and website project. This included everything from logo development, to color schemes, fonts, themes, etc.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We called and interviewed 5 different branding agencies. The three main deciding factors for going with the Branx were:

the feeling i got when speaking with the team. i also knew that the people i met were the actual people that would be working on the project.
the portfolio of work on their website. they matched our brand's style very well.
price. for the quality of product, the branx was clearly the winner here.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First was the development of the logo. This included several steps of meetings and iteration. Then, we began to develop a theme for the website including the color scheme. Webflow was used for the website, which allowed great flexibility for design iteration.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The WHOLE team worked on the project. this is what i loved. they are a small team of 4-5 people (from my understanding) and they are all personally involved to ensure the success of the project.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It's still too early to have objective measures of outcome. But i can tell you that subjectively, the response to the logo and website has been overwhelmingly positive. Our entire team resonates with the finished product and we feel The Branx represented our brand perfectly!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They are very professional, timely, and prepared. They met all deliverables in a timely fashion and managed the entire project incredibly well. E-mail and video meetings were the primary ways that we communicated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing for us was how they could take what we used to describe our company and capture it so beautifully in images. They really are artistic geniuses!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing really comes to mind immediately.

**The Review** — Oct 11, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The Branx's designs received positive feedback from the client's target market. They provided high-level customer service through outstanding project management, responsive communication, and an accommodating approach. Overall, their creativity and expertise were impressive.
""I felt they wanted me to succeed, unlike those other agencies who only wanted to add me to their portfolio.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder and CEO of Co-Pilot the Travel Brand, and we make sustainable and minimalistic travel products for backpackers. Our very first product is a travel supplement.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with The Branx?

Our product is quite unique, and we didn't have any brand to look up to for inspiration. We needed help with our branding.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The Branx created my company's branding. I gave them my preferred shape for the letters, and after that, they made the whole tin outline for me. Additionally, instead of packaging my product in wasteful boxes, I decided to wrap them in bandanas. The Branx had also created the branding for the bandana.

I'd been working on my product's branding for months and with various vendors, but nothing went the way I wanted to. When I hired The Branx, they asked me if they could expedite the process for me. Instead of going through several months of branding development, they would give me three fully completed concepts.

I agreed, and they delivered quickly. However, I didn't like any of their designs, and we had to restart from scratch. Despite the situation, they were super cool about it and didn't make me pay extra. We decided to take the regular branding process in the end.

I lived in Central America, and they were based in Spain — all our interactions were done remotely.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Ines (Branding & Strategy), Damian (UI & UX Design), Jesus (CEO), and one other person.

How did you come to work with The Branx?

I found them through Google. I had meetings with other branding companies, and I found some that gave me good offers. However, I ultimately went with The Branx because I loved their energy — they were all young and liked to travel.

I saw myself and my brand in their company, and I felt someone who lived the brand would understand the project better than other agencies. Additionally, I felt they wanted me to succeed, unlike those other agencies who only wanted to add me to their portfolio.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent under $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from March–July 2021.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I haven't launched the product yet, so I can't provide any quantitative metric. That said, when I showed the tin and bandana to backpackers — who are my target market — they were amazed by the product, and they gave positive feedback.

How did The Branx perform from a project management standpoint?

The Branx was excellent at project management. I'd been a little bit needy and very opinionated throughout the process, and I emailed them almost every day. Even though we were eight hours apart, they were quick to respond and always gave me updates. They've been great at communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Branx was very talented and quick at the same time. They created my bandana's design in just two days, yet it came out beautifully.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You might think you have a great idea, but you're hiring The Branx for a reason — you need to trust them. Tell them exactly what your company's vision is. You don't need to provide them with 50 different sketches of what you think your company should look like.

**The Review** — Aug 19, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Thanks to The Branx’s design system, the company developed and deployed additional features on the new website and improved its speed. It was quickly adopted by new users together with the new brand, which improved user behavior metrics. Above all, the team was professional, creative, efficient.
""I believed great results would not be possible without the amazing combination of talent and personality of the team.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of JoinMyTrip. We are a travel platform connecting our more than 140.000 users.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx?

Redesign of our main brand - JoinMyTrip. Moreover, The Branx managed our product after the redesign happend and got implemented.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got in contact with at least 10 different agencies and had a very lengthy selection process. Skill/talent and personal fit were the underlying factors that we broke down into 20 different sub-factors.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The Branx started with a rebranding, from Travelsation to JoinMyTrip. They had interviews with all important stakeholders, management, marketing and product team. They helped us find our brand values and vision, which then transformed into what is today JoinMyTrip’s brand. After the rebranding they created social media guidelines and a design system for our tech and product team.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked very closely with Jesus (CEO) for the strategic part, and Damian (UX) & Dani (creative designer) for more detailed design work.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The resulting brand and new website were quickly adopted by existing and new users. User behavior metrics actually improved. Their design system also helped our tech team to develop and deploy new features much faster.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Branx was very focused and efficient in everything they do. At the same time they are great fun to work with. Personally, I believed great results would not be possible without the amazing combination of talent and personality of the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The combination of professionalism, creativity, efficiency and great personalities is really hard - if not impossible - to find.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes communication could be more direct.

**The Review** — Jul 27, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The Branx received high praise for their output. The client commended them for their patience and willingness to help, no matter how big or small their tasks were. They were also uniquely responsive and eager to satisfy the client, tackling feedback and complaints in a timely manner.
""They did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Co-Founder of a company called Screenloop. We are an Interview Intelligence Platform that removes unconscious bias from interviews whilst providing teams with data and facts to make better hiring decisions.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx?

We are a brand new business so brought The Branx in to help bring our ideas to life. This included our brand, website, explainer video + more!

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We know the team from a previous project and they come highly recommended to me.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Meetings to discuss our vision with example brands presented to us. Brands narrowed down and presented with back-story and detail for each. Brand selected. Website consultations begin. Lots of help and guidance from the team. Some back and forth to make sure our ideas were aligned. Website designed and built, content added and amended. Explainer video (similar process to above) Additional pages and tweaks to the website. Sign off.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with 3 members of the Branx team but others were involved in various stages (eg the explainer video).

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website screenloop.com looks great, the explainer video gets lots of praise from people that come to the site and watch it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The entire team was always on hand to help and even though I was probably really annoying at times, no task was too big or small to tackle and always with a smile.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They became part of our team, it wasn't like working with a typical design agency where it takes forever to get feedback or complaints when asked to do 1 extra change or edit here and there. They did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was perfect and I've already recommended them to several companies

I had to draw a hard line with the founder of The Branx to ensure that my CEO was getting what he wanted. The only downside was the defensiveness when my CEO's vision didn't align with the founder's vision. However, that was squashed quickly, and we were able to move on and still meet our deadlines.Do you have any advice for potential customers? While I didn't like the overall vibe after giving this feedback to the founder, he was able to step back and allow his team to execute and deliver an amazing final product. The rest of the team was amazing and accepted feedback well.

## Portfolio & Awards

### Featherless - Rebranding & Web
For the AI startup Featherless, we crafted a brand identity that turns deep tech complexity into weightless performance. Moving away from "specs-heavy" visuals, we anchored the strategy in the concept of Origami: creating intricate structures from a single, light sheet.
We evolved their identity with a high-visibility "Solar Feather" yellow, symbolizing clarity in opaque AI systems. By pairing structural 3D illustrations with a precision-engineered "F" isotype and a "builder-first" typography duo, we positioned Featherless as the architectural framework that makes the modern AI stack feel effortless and scalable.
Check out the case study: https://thebranx.com/work/featherless

### Metricool - Rebranding
Metricool is to all-in-one platform for social media management. After a strategic rebranding exercise, their visual identity now reflects their product and value proposition.
The brand is built around the concept of finding balance between work and life. This is communicated with beautiful contrasts: bold yellow signature color vs. human purple to pink tones, a structured sans typeface vs. an artistic italic font, defined strokes vs. softer, organic forms. Simplified UI illustrations help demonstrate the capabilities of the platform while people portraits and character illustrations connect to users' realities.
The result is a powerful brand built to grow and scale. Check it out here: https://thebranx.com/work/metricool

### Dablam - Rebranding
Dablam is building Answer Engine Optimisation for digital reputation management, and we rebuilt their identity to match: an enterprise-ready brand system designed to scale with the platform.
The brief: evolve a boutique-managed service into a customer-facing SaaS identity, shifting the story toward the value the product delivers.
The concept: light revealing information. Ama Dablam, the Himalayan peak the company is named after, was reframed from personal origin story to strategic position. The vantage point Dablam gives its clients, where perspective becomes information and information becomes power. Everything was centered around precision, perspective, and power.
The system: A logotype built around light and reflection, paired with a bespoke wordmark. A color palette inspired by Alpenglow: deep blues as the foundation, a single golden accent, one core gradient running through every surface. High-altitude photography, abstract atmospheric backgrounds, no stock imagery.
Outcome: a customer-facing identity that scales with the platform and signals authority.
Have a look at the case study: https://thebranx.com/work/dablam

### Ticketsolve - Rebranding & Web
Ticketsolve empowers arts, culture, and events organizations with a holistic platform and close partnerships. The rebranding and website redesign focused on aligning the brand’s perception with its value proposition.
The visual and verbal identity is rooted in growth, empowerment, and collaboration. The color palette, led by Ticketsolve’s signature Boldberry, expresses confidence and ambition, while softer pastel tones add warmth and a distinctly human feel. Photography plays a central role, highlighting real people, cultural energy, and diversity to reinforce an authentic connection with audiences. A system of geometric brand elements brings structure and flexibility across all touchpoints. Closely tied to the visual language, the messaging emphasizes partnership over product, positioning Ticketsolve as a trusted ally rather than a standalone tool.
The result is a confident evolution of the brand: clear, expressive, and aligned with the value Ticketsolve delivers for its customers and partners.

### Band24 - Rebranding
Band24 used its rebrand to build a new visual narrative.
Band24 monitors high-value industrial equipment through Bluetooth-enabled asset intelligence, so the brand had to feel trustworthy and enterprise-ready without going cold. With their new brand identity, we made this precision visible.
The wordmark uses mirrored b and d forms, redrawn rounded and serif-free, with the 24 optically matched to letter height. The symbol is one operational loop: two outer bands for dual connectivity, a square for the asset, a circle anchoring it to Earth. The signal icon does the heavy lifting: rendered in accent green to mark location, live tracking, and confirmed positioning, it serves as recognizable element across the brand. The same shape lives inside the isotype. Earth tones ground the system in the industrial world it operates in.

### GetFocus - Branding & Web

GetFocus uses an AI platform to help R&D leaders identify and invest in emerging technologies. Their name says it all, so we built their brand concept around bringing focus to the chaos of the tech world.

The visual identity communicates a modern, rational, and sophisticated brand. A central circle acts as the focal point of a lens, achieving clarity and precision. Converging radial lines resemble light or data streams being pulled into focus. These thin white lines on dark backgrounds visually support content like UI designs and text, guiding the viewer's attention to the center.
Centered on R&D team members, the pictures are framed within a focusing lens. They feature a blurred vignette effect, where the central area is sharp and clear while the edges fade softly. The sharp center represents the clarity and precision that GetFocus provides, while the blurred periphery signifies the noise it helps cut through.

A2R revolutionizes education with AI, enabling publishers and institutions to deliver adaptive, personalized learning experiences that break barriers.

Core Blue leads the color palette, paired with Silver Gray and Solid Black for a modern, balanced aesthetic. Typography combines the refined Faculty Glyphic with the clean Plus Jakarta Sans for clarity and consistency.
Dynamic icons and human-centric imagery reflect A2R’s innovative, approachable ethos. The isotype enhances recognition, reinforcing the brand’s mission to transform education. This cohesive identity communicates A2R’s commitment to empowering learners and educators.

Within the strategic branding exercise, we came up with the "Open the door to growth" concept, which runs through the visual identity like a guiding thread. DIAMO is positioned as a door that helps hoteliers achieve success and drive innovation for their business.
Across the logotype and the visuals, elements reminiscent of arches are visible, creating an inviting atmosphere. DIAMO's primary brand colors, green and pink, add to a tranquil, prosperous, and warm look and feel. The visuals give an Italian or Mediterranean flair, creating a sense of hospitality, friendliness, and a highly recognizable brand.

### Patientik - Branding & Web
Patientik develops AI solutions that connect doctors and patients and improve the quality of medical consultations.
Based on their value proposition, the branding concept centers on the idea of connection. This idea becomes visible through connected lines and shapes within the visual system. The different audiences are represented through color: blue for patients and lavender for doctors. A primary orange tone introduces warmth and expresses empathy, support, and care. As Patientik is deeply human, at the center of the isotype, the silhouette of a person is visible. This figure comes from the negative space of a continuous line, symbolizing ongoing development and progress in healthcare.
The result is an approachable brand identity and a highly functional website, preparing the venture for success in the Health tech market.

### RevvedUp - Branding

RevvedUp revolutionizes your Account Based Marketing. Combining cutting-edge AI with human expertise, the tool creates "Content that Clicks". Its branding reflects this synergy between AI and humans.
Inspired by its tagline, we built the brand around "clicking"—signifying connection, engagement, and resonance. The brand symbol is a cursor made of the two Vs from the logotype. Those resemble a high-five gesture, symbolizing connection, collaboration, and celebration. From the vibrant Spark Yellow to joyful, people-focused photography, every brand element embodies energy, positivity, and growth to engage and resonate with the user.

Moonlet powers the machinery behind Web3: staking, compliance, and the tech that keeps blockchains running smoothly. After the rebranding exercise, the brand now reflects their technical maturity, appealing to institutional players.
The visual identity rooted in the idea of "moonlets" orbiting within planetary rings is sharp, grown-up, and dynamic. This inspired the brand concept: the future of blockchain is a matter of scale. It reflects a brand that feels both institutional and tech-forward, mature yet energetic, with a certain boldness, clean lines, and a signature Cyan color. We also defined their UI design system and applied their visual and verbal identity throughout their new website, also helping them with blog strategy and creation.

### Causaly - Rebranding & Web
Causaly unlocks R&D productivity for life sciences. Using the AI-powered Causaly Cloud platform, R&D teams can understand disease and develop safe and effective drugs.
Causaly’s branding concept is rooted in its name. Causality is at the heart of biomedicine; every decision is based on the relationship between cause and effect. Precision and progress are made visible through a corporate, serious yet disruptive brand. Derived from the initial letter "C", the isotype symbolizes two DNA helices expanding outward, evoking duality, balance, and a focus on biotechnology and data. The design also references ripple effects and dendrograms, visually illustrating complex connections and relationships. The visual landscape of Causaly is made up of photography of research environments, abstract visuals, and brand shapes depicting the interconnection of data.

The identity is built around the idea of clarity, positioning Arito as the connecting layer between data and finance teams. The logo pairs a custom wordmark with an abacus-inspired isotype: a nod to one of the world's oldest calculating tools turning complexity into simple, tangible answers. Anchored by a signature Pulse Cyan, the custom Arito Sans typeface, and long-exposure imagery that evokes motion and speed, the brand is distinctive and memorable, ensuring instant recognition. The result is a confident, tech-forward fintech brand identity, equipped with clear rules for data visualization and ready to communicate consistently across every channel.

### Axilon - Branding & Web
Axilon builds a living, breathing digital “clone” of industrial environments, optimizing efficiency like never before.
Its flagship product is cutting-edge, but the industry remains deeply traditional. The challenge? Disrupt—without being too disruptive. We reached this with a visual identity based on grids and industrial tones with elegant neutrals on the one hand and a sharp logo in combination with bold and lumen highlights on the other: trustworthy yet dynamic. To present the “clone” of an industrial environment’s system, we designed animated illustrations that help the user understand how Axilon works. Thin lines in the brand colors go hand-in-hand with the overall grid style and enhance brand recognition. The simplified UI illustrational style gives the user an idea of what the platform will look like.

Inspired by π (pi) and the feedback loops we created a bold, progressive identity for Pi Labs. Its brand personality represents a mix between the Sage and the Magician, representing expertise and a futuristic spirit with a pinch of magic. Intersecting circles that never start or end, much like a gyroscope finding stability through motion, reflect innovation, precision, and the fusion of ideas. The techy yet distinctive purple, orange and reddish colors of shapes and illustrations are also present across the imagery, creating a perfectly coherent visual identity on the website and across all brand touchpoints.

The new visual identity reflects their mission, featuring subtle animations and lively illustrations—built around the idea of discovering the "star in you" and "guiding stars", a nod to their name's origin. In the logotype, two star-like sparkles separate "Astrum" from "U" for readability, ensuring proper pronunciation. These sparkles are a signature element of the brand’s visual identity, symbolizing the idea of guiding stars.
AstrumU’s imagery combines people-focused photography with custom illustrations, humanizing the data platform for both B2B and B2C audiences. AstrumU's vibrant color palette reflects its innovative and forward-thinking approach, with a bright, energetic Lime at its core.

### OneShop - Branding
Converting clients into brand ambassadors: OneShop enables store teams to create content and link it directly to their e-commerce site via a single platform. With their refined, now more human and approachable visual identity, we bring the retail startup closer to its audience. One of the project highlights is the logo, which unifies various elements of the retail sector: a bag, a credit card, and also the letter “O”.

### Evolve - Branding, Illustrations & Web Design
Evolve is a research lab focusing on robotics. Their mission is to create and compile the tools, techniques, and ecosystem that will allow the world to better understand and implement increasingly intelligent robotic systems.
Evolve approached us to create a strong brand from scratch. The client was particularly interested in bold and audacious illustrations. The second part of the project consisted in creating an informative landing page where engineers, data scientists, and other interested people could sign up to be part of the journey of this new venture/ research lab.

### JoinMyTrip - Branding, UX-Design, Communication
A share-economy travel platform that enables people to join other people's trips and share great experiences together.

### Mappr - Branding
Finding great places to visit can be a challenge. That's where the travel app Mappr comes in: It connects content creators and users, making your next trip an unforgettable experience. Inspired by the name, the branding concept "Unfolding the map" communicates expansion and exploration. Rectangular shapes in the icon represent an unfolded map and also a mobile phone in perspective. With engaging brand photographs, shapes, and its vibrant color palette, the brand is attention-grabbing and stands out on the travel app market. ### XONAI - Branding & Web Design
XONAI is a Deep tech startup leveraging new compiler technologies to enable hardware acceleration for big data workloads. They approached us to work on their brand identity and website. In the initial brief, they told us that they want to be a moderate but not boring brand. In terms of visual identity and also on the website, we came up with a solution that is eyecatching and intriguing at the same time. See for yourself :)

### PensionPie - Branding & Web Design
PensionPie is a fintech/insurtech firm that seeks to enhance the visibility of the Belgian pension system and give its customers greater financial freedom upon retirement.
We helped them to craft their brand identity with an emphasis on establishing a peaceful atmosphere (as opposed to aging and mortality) and created a collection of drawings that would express this sense of serenity. Moreover, we developed a scalable and multilanguage website for the client using illustrations and animations in order to showcase their value.

### Vivici - Branding & Web Design
Vivici is a biotech startup contributing to a resilient future food system by producing sustainable, animal-free dairy protein. During the branding process, the so-called butterfly effect resulted as the ideal metaphor for this project, meaning that small changes can have a big impact. This concept served as a guiding principle for the visual identity, also being used as a tagline for the startup. The outcome was a lively brand that blends science and technology, communicating it in a way that is both approachable and easy to understand. ### AppicIDEA - Branding & Web Design
AppicIDEA is providing full digital transformation services. They needed to fully translate their epic services into strong branding: So we created colorful yet sophisticated elements and designed and developed their new website. Custom-made illustrations reduce the complexity of their services. Strategically positioned, they are real eye-catchers and bring life into the online user journey.

### Ndustrial - Rebranding & Web
Ndustrial is a US-based industrial energy company in Raleigh. We delivered brand strategy, identity, and website.
Ten percent of the world's temperature-controlled food moves through Ndustrial sites, but that scale wasn't showing up in the SaaS-grade brand their enterprise buyers expected. The concept was data made legible: the Nsight platform turns energy spend into decisions, so the brand had to read as industrial and intelligent at once. The logo is a minimalist wordmark with the "N" built into the letterforms and squared, pixel-like cuts that signal connectivity. Power Surge Green leads, balanced by Smart Mist and Machinery Olive. Inter and Funnel Display run from dashboard label to billboard. Reportage portraits and architectural photography keep it credible.

### Letsgo - Branding
Letsgo is a B2C collectibles marketplace for card collectors.
We built the full brand identity and anchored it to the adrenaline-packed moment of opening a fresh pack of cards. The brand had to feel high-energy and urban while staying dependable enough to trust with buying and selling.
The logotype mirrors the shape of a card pack, using an exclamation mark for the moment of discovery and a slight upward tilt for momentum. Custom symbols replace the "O" for special drops like Pokémon and Halloween. Wormhole Mint anchors a high-contrast palette of Signal Blue, Supernova Red, and Nebula Purple. Imagery treats cards as rare artifacts against raw, industrial texture and gives off a retro, street art gallery flair.
